Never before have I seen a player make a good play on a hard hit ball and complete the play by getting the out only for the announcer to claim that the ball ate him up. Ridiculous.

O's left fielder dropped a ball that if caught would have saved two runs. Scared of running into the wall. O's need to do better on defense. Way too many fielding and throwing errors. Meanwhile, Jackson is looking so good at second base. What happens when Holiday returns to the lineup?
