Then my cardinals went on to win the WS ^_^
Man I miss these Rangers.. Was also nice to see Big Tex in the stands..
I miss this team, this was the good old days of being a rangers fan
Two trips to the Series and Joe Buck still couldn't pronounce Elvis Andrus' name correctly
Delmon young was a lazy ballplayer
Dam Joe Buck sounds so dead when we're winning. I'm so sick of him.
Ranger team had some hitters
Michael Young was such a class act and a legend
I miss watching this team
Umpires got it wrong on the Nelson Cruz check swing, but otherwise, this game was a great example of postseason slaughter.
if only beltre had slammed it out of there for a homer
Such a talented team. Can't believe they couldn't finish it off.
Who would’ve know Max Scherzer would get so lit up
Texas' tremendous lineup that year, it hurts that David Freese has taken away the world series.
1:06 Cruz swung
That 2011 rangers team was the best team in the playoffs. You had the right players playing together with experience. That should’ve been the year they won. That team was probably the best rangers I can remember. You can only guess what could’ve been if they won the World Series.
The rangers had ian kinsler, josh hamilton, michael young, adrian beltre, and mike napoli all in or near their prime and they blew it…still sad
Both teams were insanely stacked. How they managed to secure zero World Series titles is beyond me
All of that great power hitting just to have David Freese ruined their dreams of being WS champions, sorry Ranger fans lol #GoCards
Max Scherzer’s worst night in his career!
10 years later, Scherzer would get A Curtain Call at Dodger Stadium.
WoW they've beaten Mad Max in this game
The Rangers when Hamilton was in his prime were the best ever
So many bad things during this era seem to start with Scherzer on the mound
Watching this never fails to give me goosebumps.
Never had more fun watching a sports team than I did watching the 2011 rangers.
They did it against mad Max
Scherzers worst game ever…….SMH
We had sluggers 1-8 1-9
Incompetent? umpires have way too much influence on the game. And with the league being so touchy when it comes to their babies (*umpires). An umpire deciding an entire game; maybe even an entire Playoff series. Will never change. And if you're putting money, On something that you know perfectly well, can easily be decided by umpires and not the players. You are an <insert comment here>
Can we appreciate the sheer energy brought by Joe buck? The man was so excited and energetic, fired me up
And now scherzer plays for us 💀
The saying "Texas is back" is true now for the Ranger's
was dat sherzer on da mound?
Joe Buck is a damn corpse
Who knew max would win a championship as a Texas ranger.
