One of the ideal visual works envisioned by Hiroshi Yoshida has been completed. At first glance, the video may appear to be simply composed using shades of blue, but in reality, many colors have been intricately blended within the frame. This is made possible by capturing the original materials through an actual lens. I believe the strength of live-action footage lies in its ability to retain the nuances and subtle impurities of the subject, and a major theme of this work was to embrace that and achieve a soft, gentle finish. The music was composed by Takahiro Kido and Yuki Murata of Anoice, with all instruments recorded live and synthesizers kept analog, capturing even the air around the sound. For the underwater soundscape, we used over 30 minutes of river underwater audio recorded by sound artist Kenji Azuma. Please enjoy a calm and pleasant time while watching.
