Toronto Blue Jays Listed as Possible Trade Suitor For All-Star Luis Castillo
According to MLBTradeRumors,
There’s a possibility that the Mariners may cut ties with Castillo with a trade to the Blue Jays.
the Toronto Blue Jays are among the best trade partners for Seattle Mariners starting pitcher Luis Castillo.
The Mariners aren’t actively shopping Castillo, but have indicated that they would move him in the right deal. The Blue Jays, on the other hand, have been looking for starting pitching. They recently fell short in their efforts for Corbin Burnes and have the financial flexibility to absorb Castillo’s contract (about $70 million), which is something that would help Seattle address other needs they have.

This looks like a great trade but losing our young guns. Not sure if I feel great about it
He would be a great pickup for the jays
I would definitely trade for this guy.
Woooooo sports
Woooooo sports
Hmmm, interesting take. Hopefully he gets picked up by the jays!
Mariners have to be very careful in what they do this off season. They have a good thing going and they had a great thing going the last month of the season.
Why would Seattle want to trade their ace pitcher? Are they rebuilding? I don't think so. Moreover Toronto does not need another teams ace pitcher, they need depth starting pitchers to park in Buffalo, and moreover this f-ing Jays team needs GD offensive players, not someone to take one of our very good starting 5 pitchers place.. Reporters saying the Jays want Burnes or any other starting pitcher like him is making that sh up, unless of course Atkins n Shapiro are crazy?
If you don't even know how to pronounce his name, you don't get considered for actual analysis.
Hope he has fun being taxed 50 percent of his salary in Toronto😂
I don’t think he’ll be traded to the Mariners because he’s already on their team. Hot take here.
