If you keep pausing it frame by frame he’s out. The ball is in the webbing of the glove before he hits the bag in my opinion

As an umpire I say tie goes to the runner and he was hit by the ball give it to him. Ball hit his leg, the foot touched the bag, then the ball was in possession of the player(in the glove) Safe.
