Time to rethink this whole lineup, India has been ice cold in the lead off spot, the season is over for the Reds unless they win out the rest of the season, sorry to say it no Wild Card team is coming from the Central unless the leaders in the Wild Card completely collapse… Too many players on the IR and a Bullpen that’s about as solid as a wet paper bag. Time to let Diaz walk in FA… he’s had the worse ERA of any closer in MLB plus a horrible WHIP amongst all closers, you put players on base it’s gonna bite you in the @$$. Need to start putting Steer or Friedl in the lead off spot something to invigorate the offense… So tired of falling behind in games only to try to play catchup in the late innings. Hits are getting harder and harder to come by in these games. As for closer give Santillan a shot, since the pipeline to the majors is open see what you got in the minors… Pretty much all the starters are on the IR list anyways, it’s pretty much gotten out of hand.
That scream on Lawrence Butler's 3rd homerun was awesome. Have a day. As a reds fan though, I'm glad we managed to not be the last team to try and throw this game.
I'm happy about the win. However, putting myself as a A's fan, it is prerry demoralizing when you have a player who hit 3 H4, and another one who goes 5 for 5 and you still lose…🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
Seems like the Reds are calling it a season.As a 50+ year fan we go thru this EVERY YEAR!!!So much expectations to start the season and they just give up.Very disappointing. I'll as be a Reds fan but been 34 years now,time to clean house and make changes.Put De LA Cruz in the leadoff spot?
I didn't know Bart Simpson did play by play. That lady is horrible! The A's awful owner must have endorsed her to twist the knife a little more. That catch from Elly is one of the most impressive things I've seen.
When will someone buy the REDS and allow them to be a Winning team and STOP being MLB's Farm club Great talent honed and then traded year after year and the REDS always on the downside . And Plz someone go out and get some REAL PITCHERS and especially a CLOSER and get rid of Bell and get a REAL Coach who desires to win not set and watch games go away with poor pitching !!!
Reds are going nowhere this year and they're playing like it. They just don't give a f**k. David Bell is just about as worthless as Bryan Price. Reds stink (although not as badly as the Chicago White Sox who are enough to make a maggot gag!)
