Name a more iconic duo than Logan Webb and being a star pitcher besides being horrible in the first inning. It’s always the first inning with him that he seems to give up soooo many runs on, but then he’s perfect afterwards. Is it a warmup thing? Mental? Luck? Something with his routines gotta change

I hope Webb gets more Cy votes than Snell. Snell is incredible — two times through the order. Hasn’t made it past the seventh once this year, while Webb is a workhorse with a much lower WHIP

Love Webb putting his team on his back even when he wasn’t feeling well and glad Kapler let him stay after back to back hit so it was good offense kick in, what a Win for him😊😊

As a longtime high school coach, and blessed to be successful, pro baseball in general, particularly with the Giants, had become tedious, disjointed and without rhythm and art. Thank God that at our level, and with many college programs, it’s not the methodology that the Giants are married to, and win or lose, it’s become a very unenjoyable game. The beautiful blend of science and the aesthetic is now waning quickly. Instincts, intuition and the intangibles that coaches usually allowed to transcend the science and mechanics of the game…are rarely relied upon. What Farhan and Kapler and most of the analytics and metrics acolytes permit to steer decisions both in roster building and in game influence now fail to comprehend is that what made baseball a portrait rather than an a lab, is the unique beauty of the game in its slowly evolving, and almost in a therapeutic nature, aspects…are now destroyed.

My Giants are so prejudice towards Latin, Dominican/foreign international players who are non white players. The announcers say lil slick stuff and they refuse to highlight/spotlight those non white players equally. Even though they just started investing money and time in to the International players, Growth and change is much needed throughout this organization.

Nice win, How ever, it is Time for a new GM and Manager. This GM got rid of a hall of Fame manager and has done nothing since. The one good yr was left over from previous GM.
