イチローには随分不義理を見せていたがな。
全盛期は当たり前に7〜8回まで相手を圧倒。まさにキング。トルネードみたいな投球フォームも大好きでした
With the Texas Rangers game was played at Safeco Field. Hector Noeshi was a lot of runs. Batters hit so bad. So today's game lost as usual.

On his back had been stunned to not know what it means, familiar voice has been heard.
"Felix! Today is your pitch! Hurry up!"
He looked back toward the voice. He could not believe his eyes. "E…Edgar?"
"Did you have in the snooze?"
"Kazuhiro? You backed to Japan."
"Are you OK? He had traded to our team, Last year."
"G…Garcia?"
Felix Hernandez looked up at the scoreboard while upset.

He had been stunned for a while. However, he understood everything, in his mind there was no longer a single cloud.
"We can Win! Will Win!"
Felix Hernandez received glove from Jamie Moyer, and he was sprinting to the pitcher's mound.
Tears shining in his eyes, but it was unrelated chagrin.
Next day, Felix Hernandez was found cold on bench, and Yoshimura and Murata died quietly in the hospital.
イチローのサヨナラ打に大喜びするキング好きだった
イチローがリベラからサヨナラHR打ってヘルナンデスの最多勝だかが確定した時無かったっけ？
速球派といえたのは最初の数年。
その後は、速球を見せ球に低めのボールになる変化球を振らせる技巧派。
打者は必要以上に速球派のイメージを持ち、当時は低めのボールの見極めが甘かったので成功したのでしょうけど、今なら平凡な投手。
プレーオフでの始球式は号泣でした。
ピッチングはもちろん、ユニフォームの着こなしから何から何まで大好きです。今後ここまで好きになる選手が現れるかわからない。
そっか、レブロンと同期なのか
未だにNBAの最前線でキングやっとるレブロンはやっぱりエグイな

こういうのってどんなに凄い成績でも長く同じチームに在籍しないと貰えないんすよね？
フェリックスが無双してた時は本当に援護に恵まれなかったですね。「打線強化」のために「長距離打者」を獲ってくるんですが、移籍するとその選手がHR打てなくなるという「ジンクス」が発生してしまってました。「セーフコ・フィールド（現T‐Mobile・park）」が投手に有利な球場ではあったも打者が打てない、投手見殺ししてしまうという「悪循環」になってました。もしフェリックスが他のチームで投げてたら普通に２００勝してたと思います。
2009年のWBCで負けたら終わりの準決勝で先発させない（決勝に温存？）という謎采配の犠牲になってたのが印象に残ってる。
カーショウがレジェンドすぎて目がそっちいく…笑
この選手がいて何故優勝できなかったのか
WBCのアメリカ-ベネズエラ戦で始球式してたのを観たけど、歓声が凄かったなあ
我らがマリナーズがブルージェイズに後0.5ゲーム差まで詰め寄ったぞ！

まじで泣ける。ヘルナンデス、岩隈、カノー、クルーズ、シーガーで優勝する姿が見たかった。
この頃に前期キャブスで凄まじい活躍してたレブロンが未だにAllNBA級の主力なのマジで頭おかしい
もし球速低下によるシンカーの被打率悪化から目を背けなかったら
もしチェンジアップ一辺倒のピッチングではなくグレインキーのように遅くても速球を効果的にする投球を身につけることができていたら
もっと早くデータを活用していたら
スポーツにたらればは厳禁
とはいえ20歳以下の通算平均勝利数が約80の中で169勝を挙げたキングは200勝いけたのではと思ってしまう投手ですよね
かっこいい選手でしたね
全然マリナーズファンじゃないけどセレモニー泣いてしまった
イチローさんの試合をずっと観ていましたが、マリナーズが勝てる唯一のチャンスがキングの登板日だった記憶が有ります。
だからこそ、イチローさんの引退試合でキングと抱擁するシーンは泣けました
