  1. If we can keep performing like this in the post season we are unstoppable .💥🔥⚾🔥💥

  2. What disappointment Guardians . You guys played great against Atlanta the other night .

  3. What a great team!!! These guys are awesome and the coaches are awesome too. Great team and great players. Go Braves

  4. The only reason why we didn’t sweep this series is because of Ahmed Rosario but still good series

    Go Braves

  5. Braves 🫱🏿‍🫲🏻 1st Inning

Edit: Also 10 consecutive series wins. Let’s make it 11 before the ATLANTA BRAVES ALLSTAR GAME ✍🏼

  6. If Cleveland would have scored in the first or second innings
Especially both is could have been a different game,
Great work by Soroka & the Defense behind him

  7. Ray's just got SWEPT by Philly, and the Braves have Morton, Strider, and Elder lined up to pitch. Expect the unexpected. That 's baseball. GO BRAVES.

  8. The Braves’ first-inning run total is the third-highest ever produced through a team’s first 82 games going back to 1974. The only teams to produce a higher total through this stretch were the 2000 Cardinals (94) and 2006 Cardinals (90).

  9. Notes From the Game:

    – Not the Best Outing from Soroka, but he Persevered. 4 2/3 Innings of SHUTDOWN Ball, Allowing 3 Walks and 5 Hits while Striking Out 4. He remains at 1-1, but Drops his ERA to 5.31 (-1.58)! From what I'm seeing, he currently lacks a Consistent Strike Out Pitch, but he is keeping the ball on the ground. Given Time, I'M CERTAIN HE WILL RETURN TO ACE FORM!

+ Bullpen with another GREAT Performance! Tonkin gets the Win in Relief, Pitching 3 1/3 IMPRESSIVE SCORELESS Frames, allowing just 1 Hit while Striking Out 3. He Improves to 5-2 with an ERA of 2.55. Heller pitched an Okay 9th, Allowing a Run on 1 Hit and a Whacked-by-pitch (Sorry Jose Ramirez). Otherwise, a Needed Result after the Previous Game!

ROTATION TOTAL: 9 Innings, 1 Run, 7 Hits, 3 Walks, 7 Strike Outs, NO Home Runs Allowed.

19 Hits for the Braves, But 4-13 With Runners in Scoring Position. It is More than Enough for a Braves Win, but that is a bit worrying.

+ Yeah, The Middle of the Order seems to FIT OLSON WELL! 3-4 with a Two Singles and a SOLO SUPER MISSILE! Olson Steps Up to a .254/.361/.938 Line with 29 Home Runs and 70 RBIs through 86 Games!

+ SEAN MURPHY WITH A DAY! 4-5 With Two Singles, a Double, and a SOLO SUPER MISSILE, Missing a Triple for the Cycle! Murphy Surges to a .305/.397/.977 Line with 15 Homers and 50 RBIs in 65 Games!

+ Not the Best Day from Eddie Rosario, but he made his ONLY Hit come in BIG! 1-4 with a 2-RUN DOUBLE in the 1st! Rosario holds firm with a .259/.310/.800 Line through 76 Games!

+ AUSTIN 3:16 MAKES HIS PRECENCE KNOWN IN CLEVELAND! 2-5 with a Single and, You Guessed it, ANOTHER SOLO SUPER MISSILE! Riley stands in with a .268/.331/.787 Line with 16 Home Runs and 44 RBIs in 86 Games!

+ MONEY MIKE CASHES IN LATE! 1-5 with a Single and an RBI Groundout. Harris holds onto a .262/.310/.749 Line through 64 Games!

+ OTHER NOTABLES: Acuna, Ozuna, and Arcia had 2-Hit Days, Meaning EVERY Braves Starter Earned 1 Hit Tonight! Olson and Pillar each had 1 Walk Each.

+ A HIT-FEST IN CLEVELAND! The Braves' Responded to the Walk-Off Loss by Smacking the Baseball wherever they Damn-Well Wanted to Win! Soroka Persevered, The Bullpen was GREAT, the Defense was Stout, and the Offense Pounded Away! ANOTHER SERIES WIN ACHIEVED. ONWARD TO TAMPA BAY!

    – Unfortunately, Every Team in the NL East EXCEPT Washington Won. The Phillies POUNDED the Rays, the Marlins Snatched Victory from the Cardinals, and the Mets…. REFUSED to LOLMet?! THE HELL'S GOING ON OVER THERE?! This Keeps the Braves at 8 Ahead of Miami, 11 1/2 Ahead of Philly, 18 Ahead of York, and 24 Ahead of Washington.

    WHAT'S NEXT?

After Snatching 1 Win from the Braves, the Guardians will remain at Progressive Field to Close out the 1st Half by taking on the Basement Dwellers of the AL Central: The Kansas City Royals. Jordan Lyles will step up to the rubber for the Royals, who has had an ABSYSMAL Year in KC, but is coming off a win against… TAMPA BAY?! He allowed 4 Runs on 8 Hits…. AND WON?! For the Guardians, it will be Tanner Bibee, Who's performing REALLY WELL in his Last 5 Starts, Going 4-1 and allowing 3 Runs or Less in 5 of his last 6!

Can Bibee and the Guardians Get their Footing Back against the Royals?

Or Will Lyles and the Royals Pull Off ANOTHER Stunner?

We Will Find Out at 7:10 P.M. EDT / 6:10 P.M. CDT on Bally Sports Kansas City (Royals) and Bally Sports Great Lakes (Guardians)!

#1 VS. #2… Heh, and right before the All-Star Break.

These Rays have Surprised Us All Again….

Despite Not Having a Major Face in their Lineup, They Continue to be a Plug-and-Play Franchise.

Good Hitting, Great Pitching, and Solid Defense… All the Makings of a Playoff and World Series Contender.

Gotta Hand it to Kevin Cash… He's a Solid Manager of the Year Candidate almost every year.

But they now face YOUR ATLANTA BRAVES…

Plenty of Faces that can contribute on this Team… One Adaptable to any Setback or Obstacle…

Excellent Hitting, Good Pitching, and Stout Defense… A Team Who EARNED their World Series Crown in 2021… AND IS HUNGRY FOR ANOTHER ONE IN 2023.

Brian Snitker is a TRIED AND TRUE MANAGER… 600 CAREER WINS… One who's always in the discussion for Manager of the Year.

#1 VS. #2… A POTENTIAL WORLD SERIES MATCHUP… AND THERE CAN BE ONLY ONE WINNER.

It's the Tampa Bay Rays…. AND YOUR ATLANTA BRAVES!

The 1st Round of this Matchup of Juggernauts will feature a Battle Between a Former Ray and the Ray of the Future!

For the Rays, Tyler Glasnow will take the helm, Who's Coming off a Bumpy Outing against the Mariners, in which he took the loss, allowing 3 Runs on 7 Hits in 5 2/3 Innings.

Meanwhile, CHARLIE MORTON will take up Battle Stations for the Braves, Who's had an Up-and-Down Season, But is on the Right Track, Posting a 3-0 Record in his Last Four Starts, Allowing 3 Runs or Fewer in each, and is coming off a Win Against the Marlins, in which he SILENCED the Marlins for just 4 Hits and 1 Walk in 5 2/3 Innings!

Can MORTON and the Braves Start the Showdown at Tropicana Field with a Win?

Or will Glasnow and the Rays sting the Braves into a Standstill?

We will find out at 6:40 P.M. EDT EXCLUSIVELY ON APPLE TV+ (National)!

    SoundFX09, Signing Out!

  10. Dodged some early bullets and jams by Cleveland, but the good job escaping, and the offense came through. Good job Braves! Good luck in Tampa. Should be a test for sure.

  11. I’m a braves fan all the way…. But what’s goin on with josh bell…?
