Clay Holmes has been an ineffective reliever for the better part of 3/4 of a season, including the 2nd half of 2022 and thus far in 2023. Perhaps it is time Cashman recognizes that simple facts and removes him from the rotation and gets the Yankees a bonafide closer.
They are literally falling apart. That was ugly. Got lucky. The errors and injuries 🤯

Love seeing bauers back. Huge to have in this lineup especially with the struggle we’ve been going through this season. Bader hasn’t done much offensively but damn he’s such a force to have on this team I hope he will be back quickly. Hopefully with the stick he had in post season last year! Let’s keep the streak alive boys!!!
That's a mighty fine W that should please the front runners to date. Horrible that two players were injured during the game. Each of which was a freak injury. Look at Willie do his thing. The kid is finally showing those skills he displayed during spring training.

Ok I see all kinds of mistakes here with Yankees players (obviously). Fundamental stuff (is like going back to HIGH school). Nonsense. if a runner is on third base and a ground ball is hit towards third…WHY would you run home? only to get CAUGHT? insane mental errors from a lot of these players. is INSANE. And of course, they are dropping like flies injured.
