Drew Maggi, who has spent 13 seasons in the minor leagues, pinch hit for Andrew McCutchen in the eighth inning, making his MLB debut. Roansy Contreras tossed six shutout innings and allowed just two hits and Jason Delay notched his best performance of the season, batting 3-for-3 with three RBIs.
