good call on the gleyber torrez fly ball. fan interference. alex gordon a 6 time gold glover would have had it. i like what the royals are doing defensively up the middle with hamilton and mondesi but if you're going to stack for speed and defense you can't leave lead off triples on 3rd. as for the yankees, just spend another 100 million.

Its a AAA team with MLB pitching. These guys use all field and take what is given. They are more exciting to watch. The home run record will stand but they have a damn good farm system with loads of talent. Every time someone goes down another person is getting MLB experience. That could really matter late in the year if the Yankees make it that far. Not sure what the problem is with the whole injury thing. They have to be closing in on a MLB record.

stadium is half empty , but it is KC they are playing edit addition. I laughed out loud when I opened the sports page and the attendance for this game is listed as being 42,000 + uh huh & 90 percent of the seats behind home plate have invisible people sitting in them too
