Hiroyuki Sugiyama in The Floor Room became the first person who failed before even starting the first quiz. Moreover, this team became the first team with the worst performance ever, as all of them failed before even the second quiz started.
As another note, Jun Murakami became the only player in the show that didn’t manage to land safely on the platform but didn’t fall down as well. His left leg was stuck on the platform so it could hold off his entire body without falling down, but there was not much Jun could do to recover. Yoshiyuki Tsubokura then had a plan to jump unsupported to save Jun after landing safely on the other side, but the jump was failed and both of them fell down as result. Therefore, both of them became the only players in the series to fall down at the same time.
Jun Murakami, Kazuma Ikeda and Shun Yatabe in The Cliff Room at one point might become the first team who perfectly cleared the stage. All of the opponents had fallen down on the third turn but the team needed to answer two more questions in order to make a comeback victory. Jun cleared his question, but Kazuma chose to fall down when he knew his spacemate Shun knew the answer, so that Shun could answer it. The first perfect clear would be achieved way later in the future on November 26th, 2012 broadcast (ep 49)
