Why would an mvp winner return to a fanbase that boo'ed him. He should go to Boston before going back to NY.
When El Duque was on the team, nobody, beginning with Torre, cared about how badly he did in the regular season because he knew, playoffs EL DUQUE was coming.
If management trusts Judge in playoffs caliber playing, then go ahead with the resigning. If management even has a doubt, don't albatross the team. We have to win in the playoffs and world series, this is the objective.
