広島県出身、大学卒業後から酒造り一筋
杜氏として史上初めて文化庁長官表彰受賞
ベテラン杜氏が新天地の蔵で醸す
その地ならでは、和の酒
Tatsuya Ishikawa ｜ Brewmaster (Toji)
Born in Hiroshima.
He started sake brewing career after collage.
He received an award from the Agency for Cultural Affairs, a first time in Toji history.
This veteran brewmaster moved to new brewery and starts to brew sake which is unique to its land.
