   Well, for 6 and 1/3 innings, I was having such a wonderful time watching this game. The offense had put up a nice, crooked number & then Jose Buto happened. And then the Mets fail to score Soto and Pete in the top of the 9th–which I knew would be critical, because I have no faith in Stanek as a closer & unfortunately, I was right… 😮‍💨

   This is why I don't bet on sports. I can smell BS a mile away. I knew the mets were going to blow it. That's why I packed it up in the 7th and got out of here. Manager should have never taken Mcgil out in the sixth for giving up one, maybe two runs throughout the course of the game.

   Soto is a liability in the field, and there is really no place in baseball for Mendoza other than being a janitor or groundskeeper

    Wow…the first and third game in series Soto messes up in outfield costing both games. So far I'm not impressed. I'm seeing Soto more as that guy who changes jobs often just to get a higher paycheck ..not because of his experience.

    Butto is the reason they lost.. his stuff is horrible. And you cannot sit on your hands until after he allows a walk and 3 hits..including a 3 run HR. Bad bullpen management.
