Seasonal watchers will be familiar with this type of show, the &#8216;girl joins some niche club&#8217; genre. But I really adore them. They show that you don&#8217;t need big conflicts and crazy happenings to make a compelling story; sometimes the struggle of daily living can be just as interesting. I watch anime because of its uniqueness and variedness, the ability to weave a tale of epic proportions\u2014and also the ability to capture something so fleeting as the joy that comes with catching your first fish.
