It started in the 2015 issue #15 of\u00a0Weekly Sh\u014dnen Sunday\u00a0published on March 11, 2015.\u00a0In November 2018, the series was put on hiatus,\u00a0and resumed its publication on April 24, 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Anime: Main article:\u00a0<br \/>\nList of Major episodes\u00a0Major 2nd<\/p>\n<p>An anime adaptation of\u00a0Major 2nd\u00a0was announced in the 47th issue of\u00a0Weekly Sh\u014dnen Sunday\u00a0in October 2017.\u00a0It aired from April 7 to September 22, 2018 on\u00a0NHK Educational TV.\u00a0A second season premiered on April 4, 2020.\u00a0The main cast and staff are reprising their roles for the second season.\u00a0On April 25, 2020, it was announced that new episodes of second season would be delayed due to the ongoing\u00a0COVID-19 pandemic.\u00a0On May 23, 2020, it was announced that the series would resume with its 5th episode of the second season on May 30.\u00a0On June 14, 2020, it was announced that it will be on hiatus again due to the same circumstances.
