This is the scene in the last episode of 3D Kanojo where Igarashi Iroha and Tsutsui Hikari (Tsutsun) gets reunited. After a brain surgery Iroha loses her memory and moves to America to go to school there. When she comes back to Japan to find out about who she was before she lost her memory. She eventually remembers everything that has happened in her life up until after high school.
