this new anime is about a guy who catches ghosts and got banned from the afterlife imagine this doing everything you can to be in the afterlife but end up getting banned from it impossible mission right yeah no meet Mura aka Hakuan Momoyumi aka that one sage guy with the lantern he’s a mysterious drifter who’s been kicked out of the afterlife why nobody knows probably for catching and collecting ghosts like Pokémon now he’s stuck on Earth going around collecting ghost lamps in his sketchy little lantern seems chill right wrong because the second you meet this guy boom you start seeing weird stuff spirits monsters phantom Tik Tok trends okay maybe not that last one but still your life goes from boring to cursed real fast each episode is like supernatural detective work but with more jokes more vibes and one lanternpowered goblin man who may or may not be making it all worse the name is Aken Nomagura the Earthbound Mole is that weird so if you like your ghost stories with comedy chaos and mysterious energy it comes out this July yeah you’re welcome if you add this to your summer season list
