    Why Kenshin is an interesting character is because he's a character of regret, which is one of the saddest emotions of all. He's similar to Darth Vader.

    とても悲しい内容だけど写実的で作画もかなり良い
    語彙力が無くなるくらい「美しい」と思える作品
    心太の泣いた跡を見ると泣いてしまう

    過去の遺物ではありません。人間、剣や銃器の扱いを覚えるとこんなことだってしかねないのが現実なのです。時代は関係ありません。心太と三姉妹の身に起こった悲劇はいつでも再起するのです。

    残酷だけど、心太を守ろうとした三姉妹は、人買いに娼妓として売られる運命にあったんです。野盗に殺されなかったとしても、どの道幸せに穏やかに暮らせる未来はなかった。救われない時代ですね。

    モブキャラの三姉妹も、きちんと描かれていたのが良かったです。剣心の人生を決めるきっかけになった人たち。着物の色、帯の型、髪型。細やかな設定されていますね。

    追憶編は原作に忠実ですが、OVA独自の演出もたくさんあり、作品全体が生き生きとしている。四季の移り変わり、人の変化、大河をゆく時代。
    そられは押しとどめられる事なく、我々を前を過ぎ去っていきました。
