STORY:
The protagonists of the story are witch duo Noel Niihashi and Ninny Spangcole. They are protection agents for Wing Bind (WB), an organization for dragon conservation and management. Their mission is to protect and manage the dragons within London on behalf of the people.

物語の主人公は魔女デュオノエル新橋とニーニースパンコールです。これらは、ドラゴンの保護と管理を行う組織であるウィングバインド（WB）の保護エージェントです。彼らの使命は、人々のためにロンドンのドラゴンを保護し、管理することです。
In March 2020, it was revealed that the series would receive an anime film adaptation by Studio Colorido, directed by Tatsuro Kawano.[3][19] The film will be distributed by Shochiku and will premiere on October 2, 2020.[20][21] It will also stream worldwide the same day, with a different version from the theatrical release.[4] Crunchyroll will stream the film in a 3-episode format.[22] The theme song for the film is “Blowing”, performed by Nil.
