英語の勉強の一環で、洋楽の翻訳を行っています。
邦楽もいいですが、英語を勉強しているうちに世界にはとても良い曲がたくさんあることを知りました。(特にLove song)

こんにちは。UJです！
今回はBruno MarsさんのJust The Way You Areを訳させていただきました。

この曲も収録されている彼の1stアルバム”Doo Wops & Hooligans”がリリースされたのが2010年の10月4日。
そして今年で10年です。

これ、10年前の曲なの？！？！と時の移ろいの速さを感じますが
それでも名曲はやっぱり色褪せませんね。

2010年は私はまだ洋楽全然聴いていませんでしたし、Bruno Marsさんのことも知りませんでした。
オンタイムで”このアルバム、すげーー！！”ってならなかった自分に少し残念。

さて、この”Just The Way You Are”を聴くと
初めて誰かと付き合いだしたころのこととか思い出しますよね。

そしてこれは嘘じゃなく、本当に恋愛していると相手のことを
“Just The Way You Are”あなたのままでいてくれることが素敵なんだ。
って思うようになるんですよね。

本当に不思議なもので、恋愛する前は、
身長が～、顔立ちはこんな感じが～、性格は～っていろいろ思っちゃうのに
そんな要望を全部吹き飛ばしてしまうから恋をするってすごいことですね。

もちろん恋愛中じゃなくったって
あなたのままでいてくれることが素敵なのは変わらない真理なのですが
恋をすることで人はこのことに気付くのかもしれませんね。

    化粧品のCMなら When I see your face〜あたりから10秒くらい流してあなたらしさの側にってテロップで3秒 会社名で5秒くらいの作るだけの構成でそれっぽくなるぞ（商品名は常に画面右下に出しときゃいい）
