I wanna travel back in time erase my memory to rewatch this anime. eighty six left me in tears. It was so good and yet sad with a beautiful blend of everything that makes anime grade. I hope this anime gets another season. As it really deserves it.

들으며 기말 공부 할게요 언더테이커의 기운을 받아,,,
LiLaS… Очень похожа на одну популярную мелодию… И очень много заимствований…. Но всё же очень круто
"No reality" really sounds good… I love this soundtracks
If anybody wants to keep reading the volumes after the anime (4-11) there’s a channel on YouTube that has put them all out
Instead of getting relaxed im crying
Edit: even though i like romance anime or wholesome animes watching the big 3 shows somehow i felt 86 has more emotion in it
Lilas 💙💙💙💙💙

4N "Shin" is really a masterpiece that should be taught to younger generations in the future
For those wondering why everyone says watch 86?
I'll say that it hits like a blood soaked love letter to Code Geass in my eyes.
If Code Geass had more focus on strategy and combat instead of the supernatural & slice of life segments.
– 86 still has these mind you? But with greater – yet darker – symbolism and tone.
I get WWII vibes from it as well and a lot of beautiful, albeit subtle, sociological & philosophical statements that don't feel like a fry pan to the head from the creator, BECAUSE they make so much sense in the world presented, nothing feels out of place, the issues the cast face are handled so realistically and honestly that THIS ALONE raptured my interest, and I'm not a fan of another edgy emo protagonist, but Shin gets a pass due to the story itself essentially NEEDING him.
My only complaints about it?
The idea that a small squad, no matter how elite, can repeatedly outgun and outmanoeuvre insurmountable odds feels like the kind of plot armour you get when fighting storm troopers, the Legion army, no matter how much you try to "Battle Droid" logic defend this, most of the units are firing automatic weaponry with computer targeting systems and a number advantage that should make Shin & Freddle's powers utterly useless.
What good would sensing the imminent future OR where Legion forces are, if they are storming your capital 10 thousand strong?
That, and the Morpho arc introduces literally what I view as the hidden gem of this show, and a perfect, juxtaposition style rival to Shin in the form of Kiriya Nouzen, whose vehement passion masterfully eclipses the living, breathing, Shin Nouzen.
And even this (stupidly in my opinion) throw away villain, has a legitimately understandable motive, and a story resolution that is utterly heart breaking if you imagine yourself in their position for just a moment.
I work in psychiatrics and their mental state is just a slice of believable, psychological trauma that I can give a thumbs up to.
Yes, you get every urge to eliminate this threat due to the amount of protagonists' they managed to eliminate…and the circumstances of their defeat is baffling which further reinforces the true threat to the plot they posed.
But it's these reasons, love or hate, a character like Kiriya proves the architecture of intent behind the creator's design, and I f@cking, love it, and other series or upcomming writers would do well to take note of the music selection and world building let alone symbollic shots that pass in mere instants during the anime, so much can be learned from this and it only highlights how amazing the series is given how much I've learned from it with a literature degree already under my belt.
feels good doing architecture blueprints while listening to this
bagus lagu nya, aku suka
