Futaro has led five quintuplets to the point where they can graduate and pursue their own dreams. Now, finally, they had reached their final school festival. Having decided to make this occasion one to remember, Futaro searches for his feelings for the five quintuplets.

    Such a disappointing ending. Clearly Nino put in the most effort followed by Miku. Hell, even Ichka did more than Yotsuba. The only girl who did less was Itchka, and even that is only shown when she was the only one out of the 5 not to kiss Futaru.

    Its such a trope for them to end up together just because they were together for less than 24 hours as kids one time, and it doesnt work in every situation between characters. There are some that should be together and its clear they make the best couple even when they were kids, but it didnt work with how this story was told. It really ruined a very good love story.

    Also, why finish this show up with a 2 hour movie rather than a 3rd season? There were so many events between the festival, the biological father, the realization of Futaru's feelings, the decision, the wedding at the end, waaaay too much content to cram into just 2 hours. Its like the studios just stop caring when they do this, and its sad. These shows, the fans, all deserve so much more.

    アニメではカットされた海回（91話）で花嫁を確信したよね

    When I watched the 1st season back then, I thought it was gonna be a straightforward anime with Itsuki being the main girl, since she was the first one interacting with Futaro.

    And then going into season 2, with Nino cutting her hair, I don't freakin know how I suddenly got a love-struck towards Nino ._. If I were a Futaro, I probably lose to all of Nino's effort and charms tbh.

    Movie came out. I watch them as soon as I can, wondering who's the girl gonna be (while successfully avoid all spoilers from manga readers). So, I watch them without any expectation, eventhough I like Nino. But still I'm not Futaro, so let's see who the man gonna choose.

    Then during these Yotsuba and Futaro scene, mannnn, I have mixed feelings about it. The flashback they both had, remind me of my high school crush for some reason. And then when Yotsuba said, "hate..hate..hate". That really got me in the feels. Ayaneru never fails to amaze me for a really long time. The sad voice she made, how does she even do that? I keep repeating it over and over lol. But anyway, I had a nice time watching Gotoubun no Hanayome. Kinda feel lonely now that it's already come to an end.

    It made me remember when I saw an OLD animation called GUNDAM DESTINY in which the protagonist had a leading role in all the chapters, BUT there was also a WAIFU on his side that really DESERVED to be with the protagonist, but in the end the author HAD TO DELETE IT and put ANOTHER that DID NOT HAVE MUCH LEADERSHIP IN ALMOST ALL THE CHAPTERS and which I BAPTIZED as a character called "STEALS HER CREDITS".

    That's why some animations take that CLASSIC STYLE which some leave you like a WTF!.

    That's why this series was THE WORST, since there were WAIFUS that they DESERVED with the protagonist, but the stupid author only put the one he liked or fell in love with her.

    That is why this is the case with many authors who UNTIL NOW do not understand if her work does.

    It is REGRETABLE that this series started well and ended in a PATHETIC way.

    In short, what other anime or manga will be related to this type of situation?

    Me hizo recordar cuando vi una animacion ANTIGUA llamada GUNDAM DESTINY cual el protagonista tuvo protagonismo en todos los capitulos, PERO tambien estuvo de su lado una WAIFU que realmente MERECIA que este con el protagonista, pero al final el autor TUVO que ELIMINARLA y poner a OTRA que NO TUVO MUCHO PROTAGONISMO EN CASI TODOS LOS CAPITULOS y cual yo BAUTIZE como un personaje llamada "LA ROBA CREDITOS".

    Por eso algunas animaciones toman ese CLASICO ESTILO cual alguno le dejan como un WTF!.

    Por eso esta serie fue LO PEOR, ya que habia WAIFUS que MERECIAN con el protagonista, pero el autor estupido solo puso a la que le gustaba o se a enamorado de ella.

    Por eso asi suceden con muchos autores que HASTA AHORA no entiende en si lo hace su obra.

    Es LAMENTABLE que esta serie, inicio bien y al final termino de una manera PATETICA.

    En fin que mas animes o mangas estaran relacionado en este tipo de situacion?
