Plot twist: He's dead and she can see ghosts. The old teacher and the little boy can see him because the old man is close to dead and young children can see sprits more easily.
Once he does finally get together with her, he'll have a lot of poses to teach her. Showa poses are the coolest, though those like Kuuga, Tiger, Blade, Beast, Duke, Para-DX, Geiz, and others kick ass too
