    In the d4dj mobile game, her voice is noticeably absent in many event stories. Seems like it was an early sign that she was retiring from her role as Rei. This is quite sad, but understandable. There are speculations that this is in part due to her vocal cords being strained – which makes sense not only because voice acting itself puts a lot of strain in the vocal cords, but also because she had covid, and one of the symptoms is a long-lasting damage to the vocal cords. Even if you recover from covid, the symptoms don't just go away. Of course, she likely had her personal reasons as well. Thank you Kanon for providing us with such a beautiful singing performance. We'll miss you and wish you the best.

    I was very surprised with brand new world when I first heard, but with the sad news that Nonchan is leaving D4DJ for good, it hits differently and will miss hearing Nonchan sing in D4DJ

    I always loved this song, it just perfectly shows nonchan's angelic voice. I'll miss Nonchan in d4dj for sure, but I'll still follow any of her projects like i've been doing up to.
    I'm also curious of who will be the next VA for Rei.
