After Yujiro kills Bakis mom he also goes on that time skip where he fights all random pros before going to the underground. I think he got alot of scars from that becouse he masters a bunch of fighting styles in that time skip.

I always thought the reason why from Baki rapid muscle growth. When you skin extends, it will leave marks on the body, for instance when you get fat your belly may have stretch marks, or if you work out really hard on certain area of your body without relax (for instance biceps) there may be stretch marks too.
Imagine how many people come to the dentist the dentist is making money all these rich fighters coming cuz they want to repair their teeth after a fight
Its stretch marks on the skin because of rapid muscle growth ….it happens in real life too
As someone who has shit-ton of stretch marks I can say that what Baki has are not stretch marks as they have a certain pattern and are not usually just spread all over a person's body
