Loid prepares to purchase a new dog for Anya, but is called away on an urgent mission so Yor and Anya head off without him. He learns from Sylvia that rogue Ostanian students led by a man named Keith plan to use dogs as bomb carriers to assassinate Westalis Foreign Minister Brantz. Meanwhile, Anya comes across the white dog and reads his mind, and becomes intrigued how he knows about her family. She follows the white dog and accidentally ends up in the terrorists’ hideout. Keith orders his followers to kill Anya to silence her, but the white dog breaks free from his leash and helps Anya escape, and she discovers through her telepathy that the white dog can predict the future. Keith gives chase, but is stopped when Yor intervenes, believing Keith to be a kidnapper.
