This is episode 7 (“Kurobako”) from Hacka Doll dedicated to parody Shirobako, but it didn’t shy away from the nightmarish working conditions of anime production.
Fun fact: The anime they’ve worked on in this episode really exists, but it’s actually a promotional anime video called “Bishoujo Mobage: Mobami-chan” (美少女Mobage モバミちゃん) produced by TRIGGER. I believe you can find it on Youtube.
