So episode 23β is literally what happens in beta world line if Okabe doesn’t save Makise and that’s basically like a bridge to Steins;Gate 0. It was interesting to see a different outcome but boy oh boy… Steins;Gate 0 is setting up to be a very depressing ride it seems. Okabe is completely broken, he even stopped visiting lab and is taking meds and also going to therapies. It’s really sad to see my boy Okabe suffer but it makes sense considering all the things that happened, in fact I salute him for still keeping his sanity. But that Amadeus system that got revealed is really messing with his head right now. It’s an AI system capable of feeling emotions and it can store memories, basically a system developed by Viktor Chondria University by using Makise Kurisu’s documents and theories…
