Merumo is a weird ass anime. It got the same weird pacing and plot as those made up folktales your parent told you for a bedtime story. It may help you fall asleep, but it also give you intense and vivid dream that haunts you till your adulthood. It’s like that, but with sex education sprinkled here and there. As bizarre the plot can gets, it’s surprisingly not boring at all.
