“The Greatest Demon Lord Is Reborn as a Typical Nobody” / “Shijou Saikyou no Daimaou, Murabito A ni Tensei suru” was announced its anime adaptation project last March 6, 2021 at the Kadokawa Light Novel Expo 2020 event, and the first promotional video was released today. The action-fantasy/comedy-shounen/harem themed TV anime is based on the light novel series written by Myoujin Katou and illustrated by Mizuno Hayasakura. Minato Mirai, the director of the popular game themed anime “BOFURI: I Don’t Want to Get Hurt, so I’ll Max Out My Defense” and was also an assistant director of the anime “The Misfit of the Demon King Academy” will direct the anime. The animation will be handled by Studio SILVERLINK in cooperation with BLADE studios. The anime adaptation of the light novel series is scheduled for April 2022!
