The Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) has given police seven days to arrest Operation Dudula leader, Nhlanhla Lux.
The party protested outside the Dobsonville Police Station, as an elderly man laid charges against the movement.
He claims the group assaulted him and broke into his property at the weekend, accusing him of being a drug dealer.
