I’ve loved this song since I first heard it from many years back and it led me to watch the whole anime. However with its tricky timing I’ve only managed to record it recently. The band who made it “School Food Punishment” definitely had a very unique sound! They have disbanded since but the singer is currently in another band called La La Larks. Check out their material if you like this song!
