Synopsis :
This anime is based on the reminiscence arc of the 8th volume of the light novel Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei.
The story takes place three years before Tatsuya and Miyuki enrolled in First High School. While on a family vacation in Okinawa, the area is overrun by a mysterious naval force.
These events cause a significant change in their relationship when Miyuki discovers the hidden truth about Tatsuya and must come to terms with her feelings for her brother. This series arc centers on Tatsuya’s life-changing experiences during this time and why his practical magic results are so poor.
