J: 抱歉要大家等了幾星期, 但這首曲子真的急不來, 這是我花了不少心思去度的翻奏, 但因為鼓的部份並不是跟隨原曲鼓面來演奏, 所以大家可能會聽到一些雜鼓聲, 那是原曲的鼓聲。
當我第一次聽到這首曲子的時候, 已經覺得不得了, 心裡想著: 這首歌非翻不可。
這首曲暫時來說是我翻奏中最難去度鼓面的一首, 我會把這它歸類為 math rock; 也是我最愛好的音樂種類之一。曲中我首次試著加入一些五連音的節奏, 不知道大家有沒有聽的出來。另外, 曲內也有著 odd time signature, 我的數法是 44;68;78;78 重覆。雖然這次的翻奏並不完美, 但我也要保持進度繼續翻奏, 希望在這首曲中學到的能夠再用到別的曲子上。
J: Sorry to keep you guys waiting. This is the song shouldn’t be rushed for. It took me a lot of effort to design and planning on the drums part. Since I did not copy the original drums part of the song, therefore, you may hear some drum noise. Those noises are from the original track.
The first time I hear this piece of art. I already decided I have to make a cover on this. This is the song that I believe is the hardest one to re-create its own drums part. It is a math rock, one of the genres I like most. This is the first time I introduce the quintuplet pattern into a cover, wish you guys could hear that. In addition, there is odd time signature in parts of the song. 44;68;78;78 repeats, this is the way I counting it.
Although this cover isn’t the perfect, I still gotta keep up the progress of my next cover project. I wish I can use what I learn from here in my future cover.
