I am entering a few contest and some of them require the animation to be from Japan so I had this anime and song in mind. I am admit this may not be my best the best work. Run with the Wind is best running anime or even the best sport anime to me (though I may be bias because I was a long time distance runner). I know Prince of Stride is another running anime but that seemed that parkour than anything else.
