I’m actually pretty surprise how long I’ve been keeping up the piano in my covers this season. As I said before, there’s just so many great piano parts in this season’s songs.
This song has been requested a few times. It’s a really cool song and it does give another tone to the anime. Getting the notes for both the guitar and piano were actually harder than I expected. I think I’m close enough to the original.
I had hopes for a TV anime version of PSYCHIC LOVER’s Rewrite as the opening, but I’m happy enough they played the original song during the last fight in the Moon arc. Speaking of the Moon arc, I decided to play the opening for it as well as bonus, because why the heck not?
Second cour of Rewrite is an improvement to the first one, but it’s still pretty weirdly paced. I was looking forward to this anime in general since the Rewrite VN introduced me to Philosophyz which became one of my all time favorite songs. I might actually read the VN properly later on. I started it a long time ago but never properly read through it.
