The world changed at night when a black meteorite “Kuro night meteorite” fell from the sky. The D2, a monster of different shapes created from black meteorites, begins to overrun the earth and the people. D2 was attracted to the melody played by the person, and ‘Music’ was made contraindication before long. But those who are against the monster appear. Girls who use music as a force – “Mjikart”. They were forced to defeat D2 by d.E. with the score of a great opera and music that remains in human history. And “Conductor” who commands and leads them. 2047. America devastated by the conflict with D2. Conductor Tact was traveling with Mjikart’s Fate to New York. 音楽は人の心を照らす光――
突如として、その『光』が世界から奪われる。
空から黒い隕石『黒夜隕鉄』が降った夜、世界は様変わりした。
黒い隕石から生み出された異形の怪物『Ｄ２』が、大地と人々を蹂躙し始める。
Ｄ２は人の奏でる旋律に惹かれ、やがて『音楽』そのものが禁忌とされた。
だが、その怪物に抗う者達が現れる。
音楽を力とする少女達――『ムジカート』。
彼女達は、人類史に残る偉大な歌劇、楽曲の楽譜（スコア）を身に宿し、Ｄ２を撃ち破る力とした。
そして、彼女達を指揮し、導く『コンダクター』。
2047年。Ｄ２との抗争によって荒廃したアメリカ。
コンダクターの『タクト』は、ムジカート『運命』と共にニューヨークを目指して旅していた。
