Just like Gintama, Japanese jokes/gag is region locked. Sometimes hit, mostly miss. 🤣
the thing i find interesting is this has almost the same art style as nichijo but with thicker lines and instead of a pastel color pallet its very bright and vibrant

I really loved watching this. I swear it only seemed to get better with each episode as we got introduced to and used to all of the characters in this ensemble. I especially took to the opening and ending

I will never stop praising the Bros decision on the personal slot where they pick shows that they want to watch that wound not win any polls. This is what really sets them apart from other reaction channels in my opinion.
City has been on my radar since it was released, and ironically enough early this week I finally got around to watching the first episode. So that's a fun coinkidink.
As soon as I finished the first episode I immediately knew that you guys had to react to this.

28:15 the anime is a bit different in their presentation so there will be some tidbits in the manga that aren't present here.
in this case, nagumo actually has 2 months rent worth ¥90k, so she's totally broke and has to work at makabe's with her salary heading directly into her ridiculously high debt.
One of the only few True slice of life anime left today 😂 sadly, it's extremely underrated because most people have lost the attention span to enjoy such classic genres
