Hey, what’s up everybody? Love here and today we’re going to be watching Panty and Stalking episode one. So, as you guys know, uh it is time to do our rewatch season 1 as promised. It took me a little while longer than I had planned simply because of work. I picked up a whole lot of shifts, so I didn’t have the time to do it last week, but I’m here this week and I’m doing a big binge. I’m trying to watch as many shows as I can and start doing all my editing and getting ready to upload it and everything. So, uh, doing all that, things are busy, things are very hectic. Um, but yeah, I’m excited to finally get to the rewatch. Um, I only realized once I was ready to do this that I had been calling New Pantheon Stalking season two. I’ve been calling it New Pantheon Stalking season two, but it’s its own separate thing. And I realized that when uh it said like it’ll be back. I was like, “Oh crap, it’s gonna be New Pantheon Stalking season two.” So, I should have So, I should have been saying New Pantion Stalking season one. That was my fault. So, um, yes, we are here with New Wow, I’m already about to say it again. We’re here with Panty and Stalking with Garter Belt. Boom. Just that. Only that. I’m very excited for this rewatch again. Uh, naturally, we’re watching a dub, not sub. It’s going to be very interesting to hear these voices again. I have not heard the dub um I believe in 13 years or more, maybe a little less, but it’s around that time. Um I’m very familiar with Stalkings English voice actress simply because I grew up watching Fairy Tale. Um that is the most recognizable voice. Um Mirror Jane, absolute goat. Uh but yeah, I’m ready to get into this. Oh man, I’m just trying to like think about things that might be coming back to me. I know like the the the the segment that stuck in my mind the most was the car one. There was a ghost that was like a race car. That one I remember was insane. I’m so excited to get to that again. Um what else? What else? It’s going to feel weird because it’s going to be like, you know, in my re my review video, I covered how a lot of things were different like character-wise. Um, so it’s going to be odd to go back and see how they were, especially stalking and garter. Those two are going to have the biggest changes, but yeah, you guys know the deal. You know the spiel. I don’t know her name, the the voice actress’s name, but this is Kana from Fairy Tale 2, right? I didn’t realize Kana was also there. We really had two fairy tale girls up in here. Best girl. Okay, first episode solid. Well, the second segment is solid. The first segment, you know, let’s let’s be honest here, guys. Let’s not sugarcoat it. The first segment segment is not that strong for nostalgia. It is incredibly strong. You freaking sprinkle that in. Yeah, we love the first segment. I didn’t care for the ghost though. Of course, the ghost eh, you know, it’s whatever. This is our intro, so who cares? Aside from the ghost, solid first segment. The second segment, I already told you how I feel about it. Absolute classic. One of my favorite ghosts in the entire series, hands down. No matter how much time has gone by, I never forget this one. Um, also it feels weird to see Trigger actually doing stalking justice. Uh, that’s weird. It feels odd and I like it. It’s very refreshing. I don’t know what they were on for season two or I keep saying season two, but I should say new because new is not season two of this technically, but it is season two. and it’s classified as season two on websites, but at the same time, it has new in front of it. It’s a new reboot. It’s a mess, you guys. You know what I’m trying to say. In new PSG, I don’t know what they were on and why they decided to be so cruel to her. Um, but yeah, it feels it feels different to see them actually do her good. Like dog, literally the first segment is like the ultimate disrespect towards Panty. Like seriously, bro, this is what you’d expect in season two for Stalking, but they did her good. And again, like I said, the transformation sequence, it feels a lot more low energy. Um I again, I don’t know if that changes over time, but it’s very interesting. I I didn’t remember it being sounding like that. Um, and it just makes me respect the newer voice actresses a lot more because they really gave it their all like from the beginning. Um, which I love. Uh, but yeah, this was pretty solid. Like I told you guys uh in the review video, I will be reacting to this weekly. Um, I could do a binge, but if I’m being honest, I’m running out of space on my computer because I just binged so many shows. like I need to edit these videos and start posting them now. And I guess I’ll start like scheduling them to be posted and then like if if they pass copyright, I’ll delete them off my computer. But um yeah, I’m just going to do these weekly. I’m not going to really try to push myself too hard to binge everything, especially because, you know, it’s a chill show. It’s a chill show. Um, yeah.
