[Music] Hey guys, it’s Queen Dja and in today’s video I will be reacting to episodes 8 to 10 of City the Animations. Let’s go ahead and get started with episode 8 in 3 2 1 go. Turn this off. A Well, my thing is why didn’t you just ever ask him? I mean, yeah, the facade of the old days is like a guy asking a girl, but we’re in modern day girly hop 18 years, right? Yeah, you just ask him watching from the sidelines. So, call him Now hold on. That that that was his dad. We don’t know if his food his favorite food is yakisoba pan. Honestly, that sounds so good. Sickly wish I was in Japan. Eat some yaki soba. Easy me. Oh my god. Honey, you still have not gotten sleep. And do you see how hot it is outside? Girl, my poor girl. She’s going to fall. The fact that he fell in love with not one but both sisters. Damn, he resisted. When the cute girl does the cute thing, cliche, you were like, “Oh my god, head over heels.” Yes. Oh. His duty is done for the day. Oh, he kind of gets prince vibe a little bit. Girl, you ain’t move yet. Well, I mean, hold on. You just had an imaginary moment, so I mean, automatically assume that you were. No. She’s right though. Yucky Oh, huh? Shut up. Mhm. But that’s already a name, so you can’t take that. How you doing? seriously. Damn. Okay. How much is this? Fulltime or part-time? We need to know. Yep. You better hurry. Okay. You walk to her apartment. Then you go out and buy some. Oh, no. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. What’s with the eggplant? Yeah, you’re going to have to go to a basic store just to get some really good outfits. You see nobody is paying him no mind. Oh my Oh my god, that looks so nuts. How much is the shirt though? Oh, I got a story about that, but we’ll talk about that at the end of the episode. What’s wrong? The shirt. The shirt. The shirt. The shirt. The shirt. The shirt. Oh my god. Try another laugh. I mean, it’s a nice shirt, though. Oh my god. Oh, she’s coming out. Even the man. Even though, you know, the you know the um the outfits that the seven dwarfs will wear and sew it in somewhere some dwars. It’s given that and it’s so freaking hilarious. A a [Music] I know. First loves are like the worst heartbreak. He is on cloud9 right now. He’s like, “Oh my god, I am the ish.” I asked the girl of my dreams out. The fact that the peach looks like two different things, it’s very obvious once you look at it. They’re like, “Okay. Huh? Hawaii flag. [Music] Oh, the gummies. Yay. I I’m just loving this duck with a gun. Oh my god. Nice work. A coupon. A coupon. a coupon. A mother effing coupon. Are you kidding me? He could have literally gave her money. You see how like we ain’t asked the important questions at the beginning of this episode. Oh, hey, part-time or full-time? How much money am I getting an hour? What am I getting compensating for this? A mother uping coupon. A coupon girl. That’s nuts. I fell for her cuz, you know, I bet she was suspected. Moola be like, “Hey, I’m sitting here doing nothing for x amount of hours.” You know, somewhat interacting at like here and there and whatever, but like damn. Damn. Now, going on to like my story of what to face at the boutique. Now, I mean, the outfit, the outfit was silly. The shirt, what the heck was that shirt? That was that was something that people would pay thousands upon thousands of dollars for just to kind of get So, like my little story is there was one day I was going to work. This is the This was when I was still working at the UPS store. I think this is maybe like around my first year going f maybe halfway through my first year and I accidentally spent like no not spent I got slurpee syrup on me and I cuz it was a stupid day I decided to wear like I think a white or a gray shirt and stuff. So I am like freaking out. I’m like, “Oh my god, I can’t go up in the store and work for like I think six hours with like um syrup juice on me.” So, I go next door to this like um clothing store that is right next to the UPS store. Now, mind you, I’ve been in there a couple of times, mainly only to drop off some mail for them. Um I’ll get that in a minute. drop off some mail that we accidentally get and such or if they if I need like a secondary signature for a notary, um I’ll go over there anytime if like let’s say somebody else was there um in the store with me. So, one day I go um like I said to get this to get another shirt and I still have this shirt. I don’t know where it is, but I do occasionally wear this shirt. This shirt I think I paid at the time because I didn’t know I cuz I was looking in here I was like, “Oh my god, oh my god, oh my god, I need to find like a shirt like under like 20 bucks.” I think I paid about a good 25 to 30 bucks for the shirt. So I know his feeling on wanting to have a shirt, a really good shirt just for like a moment or stuff and you know, hey, first dates and all and such. Even with what’s her face for like the first heartbreak and the girl I thought she was gonna be moved by the end of episode seven because remember like I was like either she’s moving soonish because remember she had to tell Westerface that she’s moving and such. So I’m guessing it’s going to be by the end of the series. So and we are very close to it. So obviously anything could happen probably by the end of episode 10 going on to 11. I think it’s 13 episodes we’re getting for this show. I’m not 100% sure. I have to go back and look again. Um but moral of the story is especially when you’re going out to buying clothes. Yes. Everything is expensive now. Even online. Like I just literally bought my shirt for the Demon Slayer movie that I’m going to see this weekend or really know this week. Um so I paid about a good $20. Typical shirts like usually are about start at $20. Um depending on where you’re going. Um, but if you’re going in like something like H&M, H&M, maybe Hot Topic, um, Aerapostel, uh, Abberomb and Fitch, all these like specifically name brand clothes. Like, yeah, you’re going to expect a lot more stuff. I remember one time like when I was in high school and my mom and I were looking, my mom died and I were looking at really like prom dresses. Like, even though I had one I was dead center on that I my dad found on like eBay and in the end I got it. Um, we were still walking around and there was a mall that used to still be here that was open. This mall is not opened anymore. This it’s like a deserted mall and they’re having plans to uh destroy the mall or like to either make it an apartment complex or to make it a um car dealership. And I think it’s more of a car dealership. And I’m like, do we really need more car dealerships here in J? But stupidly they will do that. So I we passed a store. I think it was Express. Now, mind you, I’ve never been in Express before, but I knew how expensive their stuff was. And this skirt kind of caught mine and my mom’s eyes. And my mom was like, “Oh my god, how about this?” And I was like, “No, no, no, no.” I literally grabbed her out of the store. I was like, “No, that’s like too freaking expensive.” She looked at the price. The skirt was $50 and she was like, “What the hell?” And I was like, “Yeah, that’s why I don’t go in that store.” I was like, “I like that store, but I don’t go in that store.” But go ahead and pause the video and I will see you guys in one second for episode 9. All righty. Episode 9 in 3 2 1 go. Here comes Cody. [Music] Uh yeah. Yeah. This is the thing that was talked about in the previous episode. So cool. When we see that everyone is participating, everyone is participating. [Music] [Music] Dang, I’m three episodes behind on everything again. Oh my god, I hate when I’m late like that. [Music] [Music] [Music] You have to Oh, that’s BS. So basically, let’s say one of y’all is ahead and the other one’s far behind. You got to wait for the other person to show up. That’s some BS. Oh my god. Right. This is their love story continuously. Oh. You You forgot your animals. Yeah, [ __ ] That Where are you, girl? You got to be up in here, [ __ ] All [Music] right, let’s go. What comes to mind for pawn? Pawn cakes or yaki pond? Nobody has gotten this yet. Oh my god. Peace out. That’s an interesting manual. It is. And only certain people are going to understand that. I want to be friends with her. What would you do? Well, I think I’m going to open her might be fun. She’s just the happiest girl in the world. Okay. Oh, they finally got it. Yeah. That’s life. I mean, oh, are y’all in a maze? Oh. We got this. We going to get that money. Yes. the one disqualified. We don’t have time. Oh my god. We’re never getting an end to this. Well, that kind of counts. Excuse me. Ain’t that cheating? Ain’t that cheating? That’s cheating. Right. What? Now everybody just going for it now. Keep going. Just keep going. [Laughter] man. Yeah. Take that fourth place, babe. Oh, they got the machine. And look who won in the end. Good job, girls. Yay. Yeah, you see Well, you know, hey, I’m glad that the girls won. It It was kind of a little obvious that they were going to win because here’s the thing. There was a good moment where you didn’t know where they were and where they placed and then once you get closer to closer to the end and Mosa was like, “Stop any team for the for the young man from home girl.” and such and the next thing you know you just hear the cans and you see the cans and you’re like oh when the heck did y’all get back in first place? But the funny thing is she was once everybody found out that they could use items all bets was off that everybody in the entire town was like bet let’s go like uh-uh like I’m not taking this [ __ ] Like I can’t imagine if okay if my city did something like that where it’s like yeah you can use items. Everybody would just use cars. The whole freaking city would just use freaking cars and then you just be like well who is the fastest car? But if they said like you can’t use cars like you can use scooters, bikes, um anything like that. That would help. Mhm. Now, my thing is, are y’all going to divide that money equally? Mhm. You’re doing right. Yeah. which would be There you go. You get half. I get half. Oh honey, what was your idea? Well, I’m glad they saved the No, they split with the money. That’s a good thing because regardless if it was anybody else, anybody else, they would have just kept it all. It would have been like, “Oh, hey, screw the duo. I’m keeping this money for myself.” Especially wondering like Nika was trying her freaking hardest. They be like, “Hey yo, we’re getting this. I need that pendant. We’re getting that money for you.” And then you find out that that pendant is fake. And it’s just like, you know what? It’s not worth it anymore. I’m beat this kid up because it’s the wrong dang pendant. But no, I Okay, as much as I love I think it was episode six, it’s it’s either five or six, aka the one episode where we had like multiple POVs. This episode and that episode top two number one episodes. I was not expecting a whole episode again for the second time now to be a whole POV of this race. We knew the race was coming due to episode 8, but I was not expecting it to be episode 9. But now it just makes me wonder what the heck episode 10 is about to be about. But no, this was a damn good episode. Literally top two best episodes of this show for this year. Dead ass. Like really once again by the time we get to the end of the year when we get into um to the end of fall going into you know winter of next year I will say that probably this will be one of my number ones or personal favorite shows that I definitely will rewatch again because it’s funny and it’s winning. It’s different. I love the fact that we get like multiple POVs in but these two episodes are clearly the best episodes especially in quality. Like, oh my god, they didn’t have to do all that. But they freaking did that. Mhm. Doing a big one once again for this show truly. But go ahead and pause the No, my my bad. Go ahead and pause the video and I will see you guys in 1 second for episode 10. All right, episode 10 in three, two, one, go. Yeah. Reminiscing That’s why I hate working as an adult because essentially we don’t really get days off. We don’t get a summer. Well, we get days off, but we don’t get summer vacations cuz obviously bills got to be paid, bills got to be this, you know, stuff has to be paid, rent has to be due. Um, so for a working adult, it’s almost working 24/7. Like I said, even with me, I’m doing this still. And then my other job, even though once again, I’m still currently looking for another job with better pay. Um, and then the only time that like I get breaks is when I take a leave of absence where I’m gone for maybe like a week or two. Um, and then I come back and the one thing I always hate is when I come back from vacation and I’m like, “God dang, I wish I was gone longer because I don’t want to be here.” I don’t I like my job, but we’ll talk about that maybe in like the next few years. If someone asks me one random day about it, then maybe that’s when I’ll finally talk about my job. Right now, I can’t really talk about my job. And we still talking about that girl. Phenomenal. Yeah. I mean because technically you need to go viral or you can be like me when I used to get money from here. I would just let everything build up Not the boutique. Really? You want money or not? Did you make sure to get like um oh my god what’s the word? I catching you know hashtags # everything that you can put. That’s what some of the Tik Tockers do which is crazy. [Music] Let’s get that money. Hold up. Better find that damn cat. No, no, no. Get the soa and then get the cat. It is the cap. That too, but it’s the cap. Right. Home girl would literally give you like tons and tons of money, right? Y’all could have your own mansion. Oh, this is part two. Yay, girl. She about to get another damn coupon last time. He’s so cute. Oh my god. A that is so cute. To be continued. He is still wearing this outfit. Oh my god. Is that old man? What you going to do? Have him go into with a shogi match in order to win her heart? Oh my god. The cat is doing the meme. You see that [ __ ] Such and such. You’re like, “Oh my god. My god, we’re never going to get this song. So 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12. Now Oh, speaking of which, here she comes. Damn. Damn, bro. Oh my god. Bro, where the heck are we going? I know we in space. Okay. Is that the moon and earth? Oh, right? No. nice hair, dude. Oh, they got their vacation. Oh, no. Damn. Old man summer. Well, um, now what? Oh, well, I mean, at least they kind of got their vacation, but not the vacation that they truly wanted at the end of the Okay. I mean, yeah. It like the big thing that always sucks whenever you go on vacation is if it rains. Um, for us, honestly, here in Florida, like the last couple of weeks, it’s well, no, the last couple of weeks it has not been raining, but as of today, it’s starting into a new week. It it’s about to rain all the way until next Sunday, which is kind of good and bad. I haven’t really heard anything about hurricane um since about maybe two, three, four weeks ago. So, other than that, we’re just sitting here wondering if a hurricane is possibly going to come with all this rain. Um we’re still in the act of hurricane um season that really doesn’t end until about typically Novemberish. So that’s when we kind of have to like we’re oh okay we’re safe even we ain’t got to stress about hurricanes until you know next year. But no like truly I really thought this episode was going to be a good one for the old the three old guys because it’s like yeah adults need vacations too because we never know when we’re always working 24/7 and whether it’s two jobs, three jobs, four jobs with the economy that’s currently going on right now. A lot of people have to get several more jobs and such just to make ends meet and keep that ends meet, which is sad. That’s just gonna be next week’s episode in a nutshell. Why is this reminding me of um Iumaki? What the heck is going on now? I’m going to say something, but I’m going to wait. That was cute. Okay, but no, let’s talk about the elephant in the room that they just showed in that second to last preview. Um, with the controller, please tell me, for the love of God, that was not a reference to what I think it is. I’m not going to say what it is. If you know, you know. But once I saw that remote control, I was like, “Hold up. Hold up.” Like, y’all are not making that a reference. There is no way in hell that is a reference to that. Now, mind you, maybe like when this was like um the short that that little short was created, like this could have been years ago before that incident happened. But I think a lot of people who probably watched this episode today was like, “Oh, is that in reference to such and such?” Like, “Oh, oh, like, oh, that’s why I’m like, oh, okay. I was not like out of all the things that you know I I wouldn’t consider it a pop culture reference because it’s not really a pop culture reference. It’s more of a let’s say it’s more like American news reference and stuff, but I would say more of international news because it got so big that like everybody was talking about it. Hell, they made several documentaries about it. Um, but yeah, I think that definitely was in reference to Oh god, forgive me for laughing. I know like it it’s funny in the moment, but that m when that happened that time, that was that crap was not funny. Um, but no, this is a cute episode. Even the the like next time on City, that was cute, too. Oh my god, I was not expecting it to go. Yeah, like once again at the end of the day as adults, we always need vacation days. Like whether it is just, you know, I time my vacations at like different times. Like normally I will always go go on vacation around my birthday and my mom’s birthday. I my mom will always take off due to around the time my grandmother passed or around her birthday because my mom doesn’t like to work in um the area that happened and such. I I sometimes will in the beginning of the year it may be like once in a blue moon. I never know. Like if I say like, “Hey, I’m kind of getting sick and tired of being in the store for like however long.” Then I’ll be like, “All right, I’m taking like two weeks off or a week off and such.” And I’ll be like, “Hey, I’ll see y’all in x amount of weeks and such.” My last recent vacation was about two months ago in July before like around the time when I got my hair done. Um, other than that, like I’ve just been working every day. When I’m not working, I’m here at home chilling or I’m getting ready to record something or I’m too tired to do it. But adulting, adultting sucks sometimes. Other than that, guys, that is my reaction towards episodes 8 through 10 of City the Animation. If you guys enjoyed it, please give me a like.
