With eight episodes aired so far, the intense developments have
kept you hooked on Ultraman Omega. “S.H. Figuarts Ultraman Omega,”
a 3D model created under the strict supervision of
Tsuburaya Productions’ Modeling Department, LSS,
faithfully reproduces its sculpt, paintwork, and articulation
with true-to-screen proportions! A video has been posted showing Shori Kondo, who plays Sorato Okida,
reviewing the model hands-on, so be sure to check it out. Bandai Mania. The “S.H.Figuarts Ultraman Omega” can be posed
in a variety of action stances. Today, I want to recreate scenes
from the show using the included accessories. -That’s the plan.
-Sounds great. It comes with the Omega Slugger
and the Color Timer, allowing you to pose it and capture
that “Oh! That scene!” moment. Exactly. Let’s get right to it. I want to start
with the very first episode, which kicked off with some
intense action scenes. I want to recreate that moment where he shoots
the Reticulute Beam at Vugsect. First, let’s switch its wrist parts. Okay. First, we swapped its wrist parts. It comes with multiple wrist parts, so you can swap them to match
and recreate various scenes. It also features
a wide range of articulation. Its arms open wide. It does. Now, check out its shoulders. They extend outward, allowing for an even
greater range of motion. Let’s lift this arm up high, bring this arm in, and bend the elbow. The elbow joint -needs to be in a bent position.
-Okay. Take a closer look at the face. Its eyes feature clear parts
for a striking look. -It’s pretty.
-It sure is. It stands out vividly against the red. This is striking too, and very sharp. I’ll fine-tune it now.
Its waist moves smoothly too. Oh, amazing. It can arch back, and bend forward too. This is the back side. The sculpt and details
are meticulously crafted. Its paintwork is beautifully done. Its color detailing
is precise, with vibrant colors. And then… its hip joints
are impressive too. It offers an extremely
wide range of movement. It could be rotated like this. In addition, its knees could be bent. Its foot joint moves too. Try a solid, braced stance, and this can nail the pose
with a striking, cool look. Now, I, Idebo, will go! I want to pose the figure -using the Omega Slugger.
-Okay. I want to pose it holding
the Omega Slugger. First, I’ll take this head piece off. When he’s holding the Omega Slugger,
this is the head he has. There. Let’s put it on. Then… We’ll swap its hand parts. Let’s swap this hand for the one that can
hold the Omega Slugger. I was deeply moved
by that scene in the episode. Hearing you say “deeply moved” reminds me -of an episode.
-Right. I was touched. -So I want to do that scene.
-Okay. -I’m looking forward to this.
-Yes. Omega’s side profile
is attractive as well. -It’s perfect.
-I know. Looking at it again, Omega’s
characteristic shade of red is very vibrant, and these silver lines
perfectly recreate the suit’s design. Yes, it’s cool. I’ve got the rough pose set up. Now, I’ll have it hold the Omega Slugger. Now, I’ll fine-tune its pose. Bandai Mania. It’s done! Yes! Ultraman heroes -are famous for this beam-shooting pose.
-Yes. Right from the start of episode one,
there’s a fierce action scene. He throws the Omega Slugger
and fires the Reticulute beam. This dynamic look is perfectly captured. Nailed it!
I love how grounded his stance is. His stance is firm, and the waist has
an amazing range of motion, allowing it to bend lower. They are very particular about this. And then, what really stands out
is the shoulder area. This part of the protector
is made from soft material. -Oh?
-Therefore… when both arms are tucked in, you know, this pose… -It crosses, right?
-Yes, when it’s crossed, the shoulders don’t interfere much. That’s why this pose
can be executed perfectly. That’s the specification. It’s awesome to be able to pick it up -and pose it.
-Absolutely. You can enjoy it from every angle.
It’s the best. I recreated a pose from episode five, -when he defeats Ohebinushi-no-Mikoto.
-Right. That was truly unforgettable. -I think many were touched.
-Yes, it was heartbreaking. -He didn’t want to defeat it.
-Right. But he had no choice. He had to defeat it using
the Omega Slugger to save Miko’s life in that scene. I was truly moved. Remember how the cut changed,
and we couldn’t see its eyes? Like how it is now? It looks as if Omega was crying. -It does seem that way.
-I was moved by that, too. It made it even more heartbreaking.
I was like “Right, you didn’t want to defeat it, -but you had no choice.”
-He had no choice. That’s a great scene.
It can be recreated perfectly. It can be recreated perfectly.
It’s awesome! In addition, S.H. Figuart Ultraman Omega,
Rekiness Armor is available too, now! That was fast! That’s great. -How cool.
-It appeared in episode four. The joint battle with Rekiness was great and it’s captured
powerfully in this armor. The head part reflects Rekiness’s
characteristics like his horns. -Right.
-That part is faithfully recreated in this sculpt. As for the colors, Omega is red,
while Rekiness comes in blue. It’s surprisingly a nice match. -It is matching.
-Yes. Look at the bulk on its left shoulder. It’s impressive. The jagged design perfectly captures
Rekiness, and I love it. And in its right hand,
it’s holding a Rekiness Caliber. This is bulky too. -It’s huge.
-It’s very long too. The blade is solid, too. This one too, its paint job is vivid. Its exterior is painted? I love this metallic feel. -It’s shiny.
-They faithfully recreated the blade’s shape, too. The hilt is crafted with fine details too. -It is detailed.
-Right? It’s a faithful and striking recreation
of the sword. Check out this Rekiness Armor
for yourself and enjoy it. Bandai Mania. So, we posed the S.H. Figuarts Ultraman
Omega in a variety of ways. The Ultraman Omega we watched
in action on TV is now something we can handle
and pose ourselves. -It’s awesome.
