Since Sabaody after timeskip, one piece anime has been like 20 minutes per episode and 16 mins of recap and filler stuff. I love one piece but it's very frustrating

I think Oda knows about the episode is gonna cook. Like Toei is delivering more than expected from fans. So i will still not gonna be angry. We all fans are used to it this slow pace.
