彼の力を見た誰もが凍りついた | 水の魔術師 第5話 | 2025年の新アニメ概要

We meet our main character, Rio, whose story is about his death and rebirth in another world. All he wanted in this new life was to relax, chill out, and live a completely stress-free life. Unfortunately, this world is filled with dangerous monsters that he has to fight just to survive. Fortunately, this world has magical powers, and our main character has the ability to control water. Video starts with Rio looking around his surroundings. He checks around his house, then goes outside to explore this new world. He looks at his hand and casts his first spell. Water. Please come forth right away. A water ball starts forming above Rio’s hat. Then we get to see a flashback scene from before Rio’s reincarnation. He finds himself in a place that looks like heaven and suddenly a man appears in front of him. The man says, “This isn’t the afterlife.” Then he asks, “Your name is Rio, right?” Rio confirms, “Yes, my name is Rio.” The man tells Rio that he’s feeling pretty relaxed because it’s been a long time since someone came here. Then he says sadly, “I have to tell you this, but you lost your life in an accident.” Asteris replies, “Yeah, I remember the last few moments.” Then Rio asks the man, “Are you God?” The man answers, “No, I’m not God. But if I put it simply, you can think of me as an angel. Rio gets completely shocked and thinks to himself, I’ll call this guy fake Michael. Then Rio finds out he’s going to reincarnate in another world. Rio asks the angel, “What do I need to do in this new life?” Angel says, “I don’t have any specific mission or agenda for you. You just need to live your life in a chill and relaxed way. But there’s one problem you’ll have to face. Very highlevel monsters in this world. Fortunately, this world is called Fi and 20% of the human population has magical spell-casting abilities. Looking at your abilities, it seems you could become a water controller. Angel explains, “Since you requested a normal life, I’ll reincarnate you in the forest of Rondo, where there’s already a house built outside the monster territory. I’ll arrange two months worth of food for you there, and you’ll have to figure out the rest yourself. As soon as you leave this boundary, you’ll face dangerous monsters that you’ll have to fight using your magical powers and ability. In the next scene, we see Rio in his room reading a book with details about different types of monsters. After that, we see him finally starting his training. First, he’s just testing his magical power. He discovers that he doesn’t need to give commands out loud. He can just think in his mind and cast the same amount of magical power to create a water ball. In the second scene, we see him filling a bathtub with water using just his hands. But the water is very cold, so he needs to heat this water. He goes outside and tries to start a fire, but this becomes very tiring and Rio gets exhausted. Then he looks up at the bright sun and gets an idea. He tries to freeze a bucket of water in front of him. He completely concentrates in his mind and brings all the water molecules closer together. This creates a layer of ice on top of the water. Creo then uses this ice layer like a magnifying glass. The sun’s rays concentrate and hit one spot and fire starts. Rio gets very happy because now he can take a hot bath at night. He realizes he can do much more than he imagined. And now it’s time to start serious drinks. In the next scene, we see Rio eating food and thinking, “I don’t have much food stock left. In a few days, I’ll have to go hunting outside this boundary. And I can’t do this with just a knife. I’ll have to use my magical power for both defense and offense. Goes outside and starts casting his magical power. First, he throws a water ball, but it’s pretty weak. He’s happy that he can cast power, but he needs more strength for a successful attack. Then he casts a water jet instead of a water ball. But his power is still so low that it doesn’t go very far. But then he remembers the angel’s words that everything depends on his imagination and practice. Evening comes and he practices continuously. Finally, his power and standards improves significantly at night. He uses his magical power to create hot water for his bath. though he makes it a bit too hot. Next scene we see him forming ice in the atmosphere using his magical power which is pretty exciting for him. Rio wants to make this ice lens his main offensive ice magic. He projects the ice forward but it just falls to the ground. Rio gets shocked because he doesn’t have enough power or capability to project ice cubes forward like he does with water. But he knows that practice can make everything perfect. He keeps practicing and works very hard. A lot of time pauses and by evening he becomes so weak that his monarch gets completely drank. Then we see a night scene where Rio is struggling again to start a fire. Rio continues his practice the next day. Gradually his power keeps increasing. And he can instantly form ice, though he still can’t project it forward. But he knows his power is now enough to go outside the barrier and explore the outside world and find some food and other things. Then he leaves the barrier and gets very happy seeing the landscape of this new world. He also finds a stone by the riverbank that he can use to start fires anytime collecting some detoxifying herbs. He feels like someone is watching him from behind. As soon as he turns around, he gets completely shocked because there’s a lesser wild boar there. Rio gets very scared and suddenly the wild boar attacks him at full speed. Rio gets confused and jumps to the side to avoid the wild boar. The wild boar crashes into the tree in front and that tree breaks and falls. Rio knows he can’t run from this wild boar. He has to fight it somehow. The wild boar attacks Rio again and Rio immediately casts his magical spell. Turning the ground into ice, the wild boar slips and slides toward Rio. Ask Rio instantly creates ice spikes at the end of the track which go straight into the wild boar and kill it instantly. After this, we see Rio coming home and learning from the book that this wild boar is one of the weakest creatures in this entire world. Rio gets shocked if this was so weak. What would the powerful ones be like? Then he sees that the last two pages are marked as a special edition. As soon as he opens the last page, the first creature’s name is dragon, which can easily destroy an entire city with its power. The note says that if you meet a dragon, run away. If you can stay alive long enough to run. Seeing all this, Rio gets scared again. But the next creature is completely unknown. Its name is Akuma, not fallen angels. Nobody has any idea about its origin. On its page, it says just pray that you never meet this on all this. Rio thinks this world is way too big. Next scene, we see him going to search for food again. But suddenly, an assassin hawk attacks him from above. This hawk is so powerful that it cuts entire trees with its wind splash. Seeing this, Rio gets very scared. He throws his ice shield at it. But the hawk easily breaks his ice shield. Rio knows he can’t defeat this in any way. He needs to escape from it. Starts attacking it. But the hawk easily dodges them and attacks Rio at full speed. But then Rio creates an ice block and the assassin hawk crashes straight into it and falls down. We see that one of the assassin hawk’s eyes is completely injured. It looks at Rio for a moment and then flies away. Rio falls to the ground and says, “Where does this look like a relaxed life? I was better in my previous life while fighting the assassin hawk.” Rio had completely forgotten the direction to his house and night had fallen. He was moving forward in the forest when he saw a glowing lake. As soon as he gets closer to the glowing lake, he gets shocked by what he sees in the middle of the water. He sees a mythical prince and his horse. The surprising thing is that neither the horse nor the prince has a head. Seeing this, he leaves from there. In the next scene, we see Rio going on his adventures again. He defeats many different monsters and gradually his power increases significantly. He also goes underwater and kills an octopus and gradually his water jet power improves so much that he can completely cut stone. Rio is very happy with his magical improvement. Next scene, we see a night scene. Surprisingly, Rio goes to that same lake again, but this time he wasn’t going to see the lake. He was going to fight that mythical prince Rio had completely researched in his book, but he couldn’t find any information about this mythical creature. Now, we see Rio starting to fight, but he can’t stand against this mythical creature at all. Rio falls to the ground and he knows he can’t stand against this. But still there’s some force that brings Rio to this area. Every night then Rio looks ahead and realizes that maybe this creature wants to talk to him in the next scene. We see the mythical prince suddenly summoning a water sword in front of his hand. He gives the sword to Rio. And after giving Rio the sword, the mythical creature goes back into the water. Rio gets very shocked by all this, but he gets his next task. He needs to master that water saw. We see Rio going into the forest again. And this time, another assassin bird appears in front of him. Rio’s attention goes to the injury in the hawkey. And Rio realizes this is the same assassin hawk he fought before. But this time the hawk’s color is darker than before. And it’s much more gigantic, which means this hawk has evolved. Rio is ready to fight this. A Rio immediately creates five ice walls. But all five ice walls break from the hawks. One wind splash. This hawk has become much more powerful now. and attacks Rio directly. This Rio creates 10 ice walls, but the bird breaks all 10 ice walls. None of Rio’s attacks are working on the hawk. Then the hawk flies in the air and does a lightning attack on R. Rio falls far away. And then the hawk attacks Rio again, but then Rio takes out his water sword and holds it up, making the bird fall far away. But the bird attacks Rio again, and this time Rio puts his sword into the bird, making the powerful hawk fall to the ground. It’s still not completely finished, but Rio understands that this bird’s end is here. Rio also gets very emotional that this bird did so much to prove its guts and courage. Unfortunately, it died at Rio’s hands. task. Then we see Rio pulling out his sword. And he’s also very grateful to this bird. It’s because of this bird that Rio’s magical power improved so much had just ended when we see a giant dragon coming down from the sky and coming right in front of Rio. Rio gets very scared for a second. But then the dragon says, “Well, human, I’ve used my telepathy after a long time, but it’s good that it’s working.” Rio gets shocked that this dragon can also talk. But then the dragon says, “I want to ask you something. Have you seen any evolved assassin hawk here?” Asterisk hearing this, Rio says, “Yes, I’ve seen one, and if it’s one of your minions, then please forgive misaring this.” The dragon says, “So that means you killed it. That’s pretty good news.” And it asks, “What’s that thing on your waist?” Rio takes out his weapon. Seeing this, the dragon says, “The fairy king must have given you this weapon.” If the fairy king gave this to you, then you must have done something to earn his favor. After hearing all this, Rio gets very confused and says, “Can I ask you some questions?” Scrio asks him several questions and then the dragon says now it’s time for me to leave from here. Risko says thank you for answering all my questions. Then he introduces himself and says my name is Risk. Then the dragon says my name is Levan. See you later. Skull. This seems like a mystery to Rio like some fairy tale asterisk. In the next scene, we see the angel who is very surprised to know that Rio has a hidden trait. He had seen this thing last time in a girl who is now in another world and it’s been more than 10,000 years since N. So, what could this mean? Van Rio’s hidden trait is eternal youth. In the next scene, we see another character lying near a beach. His ship has been badly destroyed, and Ryu hadn’t been to the ocean in a long time. But his craving for seafood got the better of him. So, he walked along the shore, and that’s when he found the wreckage of a broken boat scattered across the sand in the middle of all that debris. He spotted an unconscious and wounded man. A little further away, another man was still alive. And that’s where we get a glimpse into the survivor’s memories. giant octopus had attacked his boat out at sea and everything was destroyed. Hours later, the young man woke up on a strange bed. All his belongings were neatly placed in a corner when he picked up his stuff and walked outside. He had no idea where he was. That’s when Ryu came out of the house and was genuinely happy to see the stranger. The guy was still scared. He hadn’t even seen Ryu coming. Ryu’s clothes looked pretty weird, too. But since his life had been saved, the young man introduced himself as Abel and thanked Ru, brushed it off. He didn’t think he’d done anything big, especially since the other people couldn’t be saved. Abel said it was fine. The others were just smugglers anyway. This made Ryu curious. But before he could ask anything, his stomach started growing. The conversation stopped right there until they had lunch. During the meal, Abel asked if Ryu had any other clothes. Ryu told him no, he didn’t have any spare clothes, and there wasn’t a market nearby either. Gable guessed that Ryu lived alone and hunted for himself. Ryu nodded yes. Abel thought he probably hunted with that knife on the table, but Ryu explained that he actually did the real work with his water magic. Prove it. He said, “Come water.” And created a water-filled jug out of thin air. Abel was shocked to see this that in the central province, less than half the people could do magic. Ryu remembered an angel named Michael who had told him that only 20% of people had magical power. Abel said he wanted to go back to the same shore where he’d been found. On the way, he asked why Ryu didn’t use a staff for magic. Ryu answered that he’d never used a staff before. Now Abel was starting to feel like he kept saying the wrong things. He offered Ryu protection. He didn’t want to keep getting rescued all the time. He needed to have some value himself when they reached the shore. Ryu explained that the ocean had probably swallowed the other bodies or some animal had eaten them. Abel was happy that his luck had been good. called in Abblean. But Abel said just call in Abel. He didn’t like the formal stuff, especially when someone had saved his life. After searching every corner of the ship, Abel still couldn’t find what he was looking for. Now his new focus was finding his friends. To risk he needed to get to the city Lon, but he drifted way too far south. Ku said he’d never heard of Lon, but maybe they’d need to head north. Before leaving, Abel told Ryu that if he came along, he’d pay him as a guide. Ryu agreed. They shook hands and decided they’d start their journey together the next morning. That evening, Ryu looked at his crops and thought that he just wanted a peaceful life. But now it seemed like a new journey was about to begin at night. Ryu told Abel he had to go meet someone. Abel was confused. Ryu had said there was nobody around. Actually, Ryu went to meet Dalahan, the headless knight, who had taught him how to live. This was their final training session. Ryu fought with full energy. Dalahan was very strong, but Ryu had gotten better than before. After the session ended, Dalahan pulled a water orb from a magical river and gave him new clothes from it. Ryu accepted them with a smile and promised to take care of them. The morning, Abel came out of the house and saw Ryu standing ready, wearing a new cloak. Ryu took one last look at his home. He was already missing it, but now he wanted to live a little on the road. They encountered a wild boar. Abel drew his sword and sliced it with his skill. Total piercing. Ryu was amazed and asked what skills were. Abel explained that these were only for closerange fighters like swordsmen, not for mages. That night, they both slept in a hollow tree. The next day, they found lizard folk tracks nearby. These were strong in swamps, so Abel said they should avoid them, but soon Ryu felt like they were being tracked. Now, a fight was inevitable. Guu took down several enemies with ice spears without using a staff. Abel asked what kind of magic that was. Ryu said just a basic water spell. But Abel was amazed because Ryu had created for spears at once when usually only one could be made. Ryu said maybe water magic worked differently to end the conversation Ryu filled to glasses with water and ice. This time he didn’t say any incantation. Abel remembered that before. Ryu had said come water. Ryu laughed it off. Moving forward, Abel showed a bronze floren, which was the Nightly Kingdom’s currency. He explained that there were three big countries, Nightly, Doui Empire, and Handle Youu Federation. Griu found the name Doui really funny. He said, “I’d never say I’m from Doui.” Just then, stone started moving in their path. A golem attacked. Griu created an ice wall and Abel sliced through it, but the golem immediately healed its wound. Griu dropped a 10 layer ice wall and crushed everything. One golem still wasn’t moving. It had a glowing magic stone inside. Cable said maybe it had defeated many monsters. Now this was their loot. A little later they saw a behemoth in the distance. Wyverns were flying in the sky. They both watched the fight. The behemoth let out a powerful roar and all the wyverns fell down. Gable was amazed. Ryu said, “Maybe it was some kind of magic null.” Bification that night, Ryu joked. “Maybe you should fight the behemoth again.” Abel got scared while talking. Dungeons came up in conversation. Ryu loved exploring. Gable mentioned that Lon had the only dungeon. Ryu said, “Why didn’t you tell me earlier?” Then they talked about dwarves and elves. Abel explained that dwarves were good blacksmiths and fighters. Elves mostly lived in forests in the morning. They set off again. Ryu said that after crossing the mountains, they’d be near human territory. Abel kept asking where he got all this information. Ru remembered a red dragon named Lon who had told him that this land was surrounded by ocean on three sides with mountains in the north. Ryu said, “This knowledge is beyond human reach.” Moving forward, a griffin appeared in the sky. Ryu threw a piece of meat. The griffin ate it and flew away as they moved north. “The weather colder,” Abel said. Such animals hadn’t been seen for centuries. Something was wrong. Ru thought humans just didn’t try hard enough. Then they spotted wones on the path eating an animal. Ryu asked, “Do we have to fight now?” Abel said, “These are above our level dill. They attacked. Ryu threw ice spears and Abel struck. Two more wyverns came. Ryu attacked with ice again and Abel finished them off. They took a magic core and now they were more confident then before finally they both reached the highest mountain in the north. Looking at the view below, they both smiled. They knew the real adventure was about to begin. We see that Rio and Abel had collected lots of magical stones after killing those monsters. Now they were both heading north. Abel says they’ll reach a human settlement soon. When Rio hears this, he asks if they’re going to the Deoi Empire. Abel tells him not to worry. They’re not going to the Deoui Empire because it’s much further north. But he asks Rio why he hates the Deoui Empire so much. Rio answers that it’s nothing like that. He just doesn’t like the name very much. The next scene, we see both of them spot a road ahead that goes from east to west. Abel says if they take this road west, they might reach Kaotti town. Hearing this makes Rio really happy. Then Abel says Rio will be even happier when he tastes the food in Ca town. In the next scene, we see them arrive at a town. Abel tells Rio he should register himself at an adventure guild because that’ll be his biggest form of identification. With that identity, he can travel anywhere in the same state or nation without paying any entry fees since Rio didn’t have one before. Abel had already paid a silver coin for him. After hearing all this, Rio feels pretty weird about it. Abel explains that adventure guilds have many other benefits, too. You can sell your magical stones and monster materials to make good money. While they’re talking about this, curry and rice arrives in front of them. Seeing this makes Rio super happy because he’ll finally get to eat curry and rice. He starts eating and loves it so much that he finishes it in just a few minutes and orders another plate. He asks Abel if they’ll get food like this in Lon Town, too. Seeing Rio so happy makes Abel really happy as well. In the next scene, we see them leave that town and head toward Loomtown. On the way, Rio says the food there was really good and he’s still very happy about it. We see that they finally spot Loom Town ahead of them from the hilltop. It looks absolutely beautiful. They both move toward Loom Town. We see that the guard standing there gets shocked when he sees Abel. The guard tells Abel he heard that he had gone missing. Abel says he heard right. He was stuck in a really bad situation, but Rio saved his life. Hearing this makes the guard very happy. He shakes hands with Rio and welcomes Abel back. After paying the entry fee, Abel and Rio go inside the town in the next scene. As soon as they enter, Abel tells Rio they first need to get him registered at the guild. He says not to worry because he’s with him and with his recommendation. Rio’s registration rank will be higher. Rio says he doesn’t understand what Abel is talking about. Abel explains that whenever someone with a B rank or higher goes with a new person and recommends them instead of starting from F rank, they start from E or D rank. Rio says this means Abel’s rank is B or even higher. And that’s pretty cool. Abel agrees. It’s good news. The higher your rank, the better and higher level quests you can accept, which means better rewards. Rio doesn’t need to worry about money because they’ve already collected lots of materials. But they can’t sell everything at once because it would crash the whole market. They need to sell slowly. In the next scene, we see them both arrive at the guild. As soon as they enter, people go absolutely crazy seeing Abel alive. They surround him and get super excited because Abel has returned safe and sound. Watching all this, Rio feels really good. He wonders if Abel is really that famous. Rio doesn’t want to interfere with this celebration, so he steps outside. But as soon as he comes out, he meets an elf. She tells him that his fairy king outfit is quite remarkable and he looks amazing in it. But she’s in a hurry right now, so she has to go. She hopes they’ll meet again soon. After saying this, the elf leaves. Meanwhile, Rio is totally shocked about what that girl was talking about. Abel comes out and asks Rio what he’s doing outside. He should come in quickly. Abel introduces Rio to everyone and explains that he’s the one who saved his life. Hearing this all the guild members present get very happy and treat Rio really well. We see that it’s time for Rio to register can self with this guild. Abel says he endorses that Rio’s rank should start from at least D rank. The receptionist says if Abel endorses him that can happen but they need proof of physical strength to complete this process. After hearing this Abel says okay and he wants to discuss this with the guild master. They both go sit in the waiting room and wait for him. The guild master comes out from inside and gets very emotional seeing Abel alive. The guild master asks who this guy is. Abel says he’s a magician and he is the one who saved his life. After this, the master introduces himself and says his name is Hug and he is the master of Loom Guild. He thanks Rio a lot for saving Abel’s life. Rio says it’s no problem and not necessary. Abel tells Hug that he wants to endorse Rio’s rank up. Hug says that’s all fine, but they need some proof of how high his power really is. Abel says okay, he’ll show him proof, but Hug needs to be careful because he might get pretty shot in the next scene. We see them place all the magical stones they had collected in front of Hug. Looking at those magical stones, Hug says this green color means it’s a wind element and it’s so big that this is only possible from a wavering. Hearing the name of wavering monsters, Abel says Hug is absolutely right. When they were in Male Thief Mountains, they killed a waver. Hearing this, Hug gets shocked and says, “Male thief mountains is a place where no one has ever tried to go and if anyone has gone there, they never returned alive.” And Abel is saying that both of them together killed the wavering in male thief mountain. This is pretty extraordinary. He says, “Okay, this was enough proof.” And now he believes them. In the next scene, we see Abel’s party members open the gate and come in. They get super happy seeing Abel. Hug tells Rio to come complete the registration process. We see Hug take Rio to his room. Hug says he knows Abel is very powerful and he’s a gifted soldier, but still he can’t kill a waver alone. This means Rio helped him and his powers are very high level. This means he can easily qualify for D rank. We see Lena arrives there. Lena is the clerk of that guild and maintains all the registration processes. She says first there will be an interview and then she starts asking lots of questions like what are his powers and what’s his magical element. Rio starts answering all these questions and explains that his magical element is water. Lena asks if he’s interested in exploring a dungeon. After hearing this, Rio gets very excited and says yes. He’s interested. Zeno explains how there’s an introductory course for dungeons every month and it’s starting in today’s there. A rookie adventurer gets taught everything if he’s interested. He can come at 9:00 the day after tomorrow. Hearing this makes Rio very happy. In the next scene, we see Rio’s crystal registration is completed. And seeing this makes Hug very happy. Hug tells Rio that when Abel was missing, the entire area went into chaos and he doesn’t want to see that again. All this happened because of Rio. So, thank you very much. We see Rio and Abel leave the town and Abel is with him to collect the reward. He says Rio should buy clothes and a staff after some time because that will help him even more. Then Rio says he doesn’t use a staff to cast magical spells because he uses a sword. Hearing this shocks Abel completely and he says he’s never seen that before. Rio shows him his sword and it’s actually a knife, but he can use his power to convert that knife into a sword. Meanwhile, hearing all this completely shocks Abel. In the next scene, we see them both go shopping. Rio thinks to himself that Abel had told him there are 24 hours in a day here, 7 days in a week, and 30 days in a month. All these things are just like Earth, which means someone else from Earth must have reincarnated here before Abel says after this place, they need to go somewhere else. In the next scene, we see Abel take Rio to his guild where a party is going on. Everyone is enjoying a lot there and Rio is having a great time and drinks a bit too much. In the next scene, we see Lena guide Rio to his accommodation. As soon as she knocks on the room and the guys in that room open it, they get shocked. Seeing Lena there, Lena says this is Rio and from now on he’ll be staying in room number 15 with all of you. Hearing this, both guys get very happy and welcome Rio. saying their names are Neil’s and scene. We see Lena leaves from there. Neil says how beautiful Lena is, but then Itto tells him she’s out of his league. We see while they’re talking, someone knocks on the door again and Lena is there again. She says another new member has joined the guild. The new guy comes in and his name was Amom. He’s very young, only 16 years old. He says his parents have died and that’s why he came to this guild so he can survive. After hearing this all three of them welcome him and everyone lives together quite well there. In the next scene we see Abel’s friend who’s very angry. She tells Abel he’s crazy and asks what he’s talking about. An ice wall can never be that powerful. An ice wall is like a thin sheet that Waver can easily break. The magic you can only conjure has a limited distance and you can’t project it. Abel says whatever it is, Rio did exactly that and he has this ability. Ring says Wavering has a wind barrier that can deflect magic and Abel is saying Rio did all these things with his magical spells. Abel says he knows everything she’s telling him is fact. But Rio really did all this hearing this. Another member says, “If all these things are true, then his power is just like that famous inferno magician.” Abel says, “This is the same famous Inferno magician who can turn a wavering to ash with his spell in a snap and destroy an entire city. We’ve heard all these things in rumors, but he doesn’t think Rio is that powerful.” she says whether he is or not. Rio is an incredible find for all of us and we need to keep him carefully because if he turns against us that would be a very bad thing. Abel says not to worry nothing like that will happen and he won’t turn against them. One reason for this is that the other empire is called Deb Buouie Empire after hearing this. The other members say what difference does a name make. In the next scene, we see Rio enjoying a lot with his roommates and being very happy. Today is the fifth and final day of Rayu’s adventurer training lectures. Once this lecture ends, these people will be eligible to go on adventures and enter dungeons. But before going to the dungeons, the professor asks if anyone has questions. Rayu asks if there’s any way to teleport directly to a dungeon layer they’ve already reached before. The professor says he’s impressed that Rayu knows about this and tells him he might find something like that in the southern province’s dungeons. But Lon’s dungeon doesn’t have anything like that. In the next scene, the professor is taking all the students toward the dungeon. He explains that monster populations keep multiplying inside dungeons, and when their numbers get too high, they start coming out of the dungeon. This is called the great tidal board. That’s why there are huge walls built around dungeons to stop monsters from reaching the town. After giving their information at the reception, everyone goes straight into the dungeon. The professor says, just like he told them before, this is the first layer and there are no dangerous monsters here. But while walking around the first layer, Ryu and Aman spot a soldier ant. Rayu easily pins it down with his magic and tells Ammon to attack. Ammon kills the soldier ant with just one hit. After that, Ryu pulls out the magic stone from inside it. Later that evening in the guild dormatory, Ryu is talking with his roommate. When someone becomes a new adventurer, they have to stay in the guild dormatory for the next 300 days. They’re talking about how soldier ants have been showing up in the first and second layers for the past few months. But according to the professor’s lectures, soldier ants shouldn’t be in the dungeon this early. That’s when Abel comes over and says soldier ants can build tunnels, which is how they reach the first layer. Seeing Abel, the other three guys jaws drop because Abel is a pretty famous adventurer. Abel says he knows they’re Ryu’s roommates, introduces himself, and mentions that while Ryu is pretty strong, he’s a weird guy. Rayu asks Abel if he wants to fight him. Suddenly, Neil stands up, introduces himself to Abel, and says he’s a huge fan. Abel tells Neils that an adventurer’s first responsibility is to survive and never forget that. Ryu asks Abel what he’s doing at the guild so late at night. Abel explains that the Crimson Party just finished a quest and returned. Right then, the other Crimson Party members show up. Riah tells Abel they need to go report their quest to the guildmaster, but Abel starts making excuses not to go see the guildmaster. Warren picks up Abel and starts carrying him to the guildmaster, but then Lynn stares at Ryu for a while, which Ryu finds weird. After that, Lynn leaves with everyone else. The next day, Ryu and Aman go to the dungeon together and kill lots of monsters, but Aman gets pretty tired from this. Ryu tells him his fighting style is very similar to Ables. Ammon explains that Kiro taught him swordsmanship, and Kiro learned it from a big school in the royal capital. Ryu says if Ammon practices a lot, he’ll become as strong as Abel. He mentions that when he was traveling with Abel, he saw that Abel always woke up first thing in the morning to train his swordsmanship. Hearing this, Amean says he’ll put in even more effort from now on. The next day, instead of going to the dungeon, Ryu goes to the library and reads about alchemy. After that, Rayu sits outside thinking about how he should study alchemy. Suddenly, a solar eclipse happens and everywhere gets really dark. Rayu notices there are no other people around. He’s completely alone. Besides that, Rayu feels really strange, like the whole world has changed. Suddenly, a powerful fire attack hits Ryu, but he blocks it just in time. Then, an Akuma comes running toward Ryu and says it looks like a human has become part of this, too. But it doesn’t matter because he’s about to die. Ryu can tell this is an Akuma and feels a really powerful aura from it. He thinks its aura is as powerful as Behemoth or Griffin. So, Ryu wants to run away, but suddenly it launches another powerful fire attack at Ryu. While Ryu is blocking the fire attack, the Akuma uses its wind magic like bullets and hits Ryu. This pushes Ryu back, but its magic cancels out when it hits Ryu’s clothes, so he doesn’t get badly hurt. When the Akuma sees its magic got cancelceled, it gets a bit surprised, but notices that Ryu is wearing fairy king clothes, so it attacks Ryu with a sword, and Rayu fights back well with his swordsmanship. But in terms of sword fighting, this Akuma is a bit better than Ryu. When Ryu attacks it with his magic, the Akuma easily dodges all of Ryu’s attacks. Rayu realizes it’s using wind magic for its speed and swordsmanship. As their fight continues, the solar eclipse starts ending. They keep fighting for a long time and any injuries the Akuma gets heal really quickly. When the solar eclipse is about to end, it stops fighting and says it’s had so much fun fighting after such a long time and that Rio is a really entertaining human, but it doesn’t have much control over the closter. Its name is Leonora Oraka Alberi and it asks what Rio’s name is. Ryu says his name is Ryu and asks if she’s an Akuma. Leonora says he knows about them, so he really is a dangerous human. Given how strong he is, they’ll definitely face each other again, but she tells him not to die by anyone else’s hands because only she has the right to kill him. She tells him to wait for her until then. After the solar eclipse ends, the Akuma disappears and everything goes back to normal. Ryu says if he hadn’t been wearing these clothes, there would be a hole in his shoulder by now. Besides that, he needs some money to buy books. So, Ryu goes to withdraw money from his account. When Ryu returns to the guild dormatory, he sees his roommates aren’t in the room. When Ryu is about to go get his shoulder treated, he looks down from his window and sees some guys have beaten up his roommates and are bullying them. Ryu quickly goes downstairs and knocks out four of the five guys. The fifth guy moves forward to punch Ryu, but Ryu easily dodges his punch and knocks him to the ground with just a light hit. After that, Ryu gives them a potion to heal their fatigue. While taking a bath, Itto heals Ryu’s shoulder. Ryu says his pain is completely gone and thanksto, saying he really is a priest. But I says if this injury had been near his heart, Ryu would have been in danger. He asks how this happened to him. Ryu says the attacker was actually aiming for his heart, but he managed to dodge the attack slightly at the last moment. Hearing this, Aean and Neils get a bit surprised and ask Ryu who he was fighting. Ryu makes an excuse and brushes off the topic, but soon Ammon, Mills, and Itto decide to team up and head into the dungeon together. Mills and Ammon do the fighting while Itto hangs back, ready to help and heal them if they get hurt. Mills starts grabbing magic stones from the dead goblins while Etto heals up Ammon. They’re talking about how scary it was to run into those goblins. Mills thinks they should get out of there because going deeper would be way too dangerous. Etto agrees. They shouldn’t have found goblin archers on just the fourth floor. But Ammon wants to keep hunting monsters and make more money. Lucky for them, Mills remembers what Abel told them. Never risk your life for pocket change. So they head back up to the surface. Good thing, too, because just a few floors down, a group of adventurers just got completely destroyed by some huge powerful monster. Back on the surface, Rio can’t stop thinking about Leonora’s incredible magic. Her spells were out of this world, but he could cast just as fast as her. He decides he needs to work on his strengths and fix his weaknesses. The thing that really bugs him is that he couldn’t keep up with how fast she moved yesterday. He’s jealous of her wind magic, but since he can’t do that, he decides to stop being jealous and figure out his own solution. His idea: Use water jets to shoot himself forward. He’s done it underwater before, but he has no clue if it’ll work on land. First, he makes an icy platform in front of himself. Then, he creates hundreds of tiny water jets that push against his back to launch him forward, but he only moves as fast as an old grandma crossing the street. Rio is totally disappointed with these results, but he calls it work in progress and moves on. He heads to the library to learn more about demons and alchemy. At the same time, Lynn, the weak wizard from Abel’s party, is also studying there. She’s trying to find any record of a spell that can create an ice wall thick enough to crush golems, but she can’t find anything. She’s actually happy about this because she wants to believe Rio is just a fake who tricked Abel. She thinks only the strongest wizard on the continent could use such powerful magic. Just as she puts a book back, she sees the elf girl, Sarah. The two girls say hello and chat for a bit before Sierra remembers she needs to get back to her group. Meanwhile, Ammon and the others return to the guild. Mills starts stuttering like crazy when he sees Nenah, the receptionist. Ittos smacks him on the head as he tells Nah they found goblin archers on the fifth floor, something that’s never happened before. That’s why they came back so fast to report it. Nah checks their magic stones and rushes off to tell the guildmaster about this problem. She thanks the boys for this important information. Hugh is not happy to hear that goblins showed up on the fifth floor when they’re supposed to be monsters that live below the 10th floor. He thinks this might be a sign of something much worse coming. He tells Nah to call all the B-rank and higher parties right away. Nah tells him there are only two high-ranked parties available right now. Abel’s Crimson Sword and the White Brigade. Soon, Abel and his party head to Hugh’s office. Abel isn’t happy because he’ll have to work with the White Brigade on this mission. He can’t stand their leader. The girls tell him to stop being such a baby, and he manages to calm down before going into the office. Phelps, the leader of the White Brigade, is already there. Abel tries hard not to make a face when he sees him. Once they both sit down, Hugh explains that goblins were found on the fifth floor and the information is totally reliable. He says both Crimson Sword and White Brigade need to go into the dungeon and investigate for any signs of a monster outbreak. He tells them the last outbreak happened 10 years ago, even though it’s pretty early for another one. There’s a chance it’s starting again. He offers them 100 gold coins up front and another 200 when they finish the job, but Abel asks if they’re only supposed to investigate. Hugh says yes. Then Phelps asks what they should do if the monster outbreak has already started. The guild master says they should get back to the surface immediately because they’ll lock down the walls around the dungeon and get help from the knights to deal with the monsters. He tells them he’s already informed the lord and the knight’s headquarters about this. If it really is a monster outbreak, they need to be completely ready for it. He asks both parties if they’ll take this mission, and they immediately say yes. The next day, Rio gets ready to visit the Northern Library while his roommates are still waking up. He tells them he wants to study more about alchemy and heard the Northern Library has books on advanced topics. Itto says he’s heard right. D rank and higher adventurers can use the northern library. Ammon adds that he’s heard rumors about forbidden books being stored there, too. Rio gets really excited hearing this, but Itto tells him, “You need to be at least B rank to read those books.” The boys wish him good luck on his quest for knowledge. As they get ready for another dungeon raid, Rio reaches the northern library and immediately loves the feel of the place. He starts looking around for the books he needs, thinking that if he asks someone to show him books about demons, they’ll definitely freak out. But as he climbs the stairs to the first floor, he sees the elf girl Sierra there. He’s immediately smitten by her. On the other side, Hugh and the two high-ranked parties have reached the dungeon gates. Just as they’re about to open the door, Abel stops Hugh because his gut tells him something’s wrong. He asks Lynn to use her wind magic to scan the first floor for monsters. She immediately finds hundreds of monsters waiting for them right in front of the gate. Everyone panics when they hear this because this is proof that the great monster outbreak has already started. Hugh orders everyone to fall back and contact the knights and the guild. In the guild, Mills and the others see the notice that the dungeon has been closed. They think it’s because of the goblin archers they found. Just then, a man comes running in to announce that a monster outbreak has started, and all adventurers need to get on the walls around the dungeon to stop the monsters. On the other side, Rio and Sir have been staring at each other this whole time. Finally, she says they meet again. They introduce themselves, and Sarah asks if he’s looking for anything special. Rio almost blurts out that he’s researching demons, but covers it up and says he wants to learn alchemy to create golems. Sarah is impressed by his goal because creating golems isn’t easy. But she tells him there are no books that deal specifically with that. However, she asks him to follow her because she can tell him which books will help him most. She knows almost everything about this library. They start talking about books and adventuring as they walk. Sierra reveals that she’s the only member of a B-rank adventurer party called Wind. Rio mentions that a friend told him there was only one elf in the city. Sira says elves don’t usually hang out with humans, but she’s weird. Meanwhile, all the adventurers in the city have reached the dungeon walls. Soon, the monsters break through the heavy gate. Hugh commands everyone to attack them with magic and arrows, starting a fierce battle against the goblin army. The knights join them soon after, and the situation looks under control, but Hugh is worried because there are way more monsters than he saw in the last outbreak. Abel’s party runs out of arrows, but then Mills brings them a whole barrel of arrows along with a message from Hugh. His party is supposed to take down the boss monster after they finish with all the regular monsters. Soon, almost all the goblins are dead. Hugh commands Abel and Phelps to lead their parties into battle. They jump down from the wall and Lynn uses wind magic to slow their landing. They rush forward quickly dealing with the remaining goblins before reaching the door and waiting for the boss. A goblin general comes out and they think it’ll all be over once they kill him. But then two more goblin generals come out after him. Abel realizes they’re dealing with a goblin king here. He says they need to take out the goblin generals before the goblin king shows up or they’ll become too powerful. He decides that he and Phelps will each take down one general while Linn and Leia handle the third one. They start fighting the generals. Abel manages to cut off his enemy’s arms when suddenly he spots the Goblin King at the entrance and yells at everyone to get down. The very next moment, a powerful wind slash shoots out from the dungeon, killing all the goblin generals in one hit. Everyone is shocked by the Goblin King’s strength and ruthlessness. But Abel and Phelps know they’re the only ones who can fight it. They team up to attack the Goblin King together, but their weapons can’t pierce his armor. Suddenly, Abel dashes straight at the Goblin King, using his skill to turn invisible so he can dodge the attack. He gets closer and uses his combat skill to try to pierce the king’s heart, but he can’t finish the job. The Goblin King tries to attack him, but Abel tells Lynn to finish him off as he vanishes again. Lynn’s windspears pass through Abel and hit the Goblin King, taking him down. Everyone feels relieved that they finally won, but they have no idea that things are far from over. Something even more dangerous is still lurking inside the dungeon. [Music]
