Now last episode we met Aman, a new cosplaying character who decided to show our lovely couple Gojo and Marin work to get some boobs. Never thought I’d say that one before. So, that question probably felt so pure and like not at all what they were expecting. He didn’t expect this at all. Ah, to make a son. Should I do that? Should I create a tiny shadow here? The thing is though, I feel like people who are like like people with non-Asian features, it looks a little odd on like when I do it cuz I have hollowing here, right? Like as a Middle Eastern person, we technically have pretty like hollowed out hair areas here. But we do like when I smile, I very much have it, right? Just only when I smile. It’s not like something that’s just like always there. So when I do it, it just looks a little weird. [Music] It’s okay. Go. Don’t do your makeup, baby girl. [Music] A mega adorbs. I think for a guy it’s specifically important because of like beard or anything. You have to do color blocking, right? So, if it’s green, cuz like a beard or anything would be like greenish. So, you’d have to put the opposite on the color wheel to counteract it. This I learned. What can I say? What can I say? No, but seriously, I know this because my under eyes, they can be a little like bluish underneath if I haven’t slept well. So, I I I lather on that like any red lipstick I have, I’m like like underneath it. And then I just do my concealer. Color blocking. [Music] valid. Valid. Yeah, she’s very dedicated finding like-minded people. It must feel lovely too for Ammani to have like another guy to see a guy who isn’t like judging them at all for their participation in it at all. I’m sure it feels so freeing. If if I if I had full control and also like Brandon would kill me, but if I if I had the ability to, my entire room would be gooner [ __ ] I have truly come so close to buying a body pillow of like Toji before. Loved how natural the show's themes relate to you (so not a reaction thing), and how you could even predict what would happen
It wasn't told explicitly here, but it can be inferred from what was said in Amane's backstory: his real name is actually Chitose Amano. ("Amano" being his surname.)
Note how "Amane" can also pass as a male name and "Chitose" (his real name) can also pass as a female name.
In my 2nd year in college, i live with my sister. This episode reminded me when my older sister throw and burned my drawing books. . Because they are childish, doesn't not fit me(as a person) and my age, . And well, the drawing in it are just trash(objectively speaking it's the truth).
After that, i pretend to be called by my friend and quietly crying on the way.
Kaiju #8 and Dress Up Darling along with immediately watching your reaction after I watch the episode really makes my Saturday afternoon.

Our Second Best-boy Amane got to shine this episode! this episode showed the heart of the whole show, with everyone so open to sharing their hobby and having a great time because of it. I'm so happy this manga got adapted by Cloverworks, it is phenomenal to see after having read the manga first.

I cringed for like 80% of this episode, thank god this arc is over…
Someone asked me to tell the difference between Marin and a Green light, they were the same picture.
There's an interview with the director for My Dress Up Darling out there where he says the delay was mostly with writing issues, having trouble to adapt the source material into 'TV format', not the animation. Or at least is what he said. I'm pretty sure the animators loved the extra time. They are taking a lot more liberties with the writing this season and I love it. It does show they care a lot about this series with how much they're putting into it.
I guess the budget idea comes from how productions works in North America, but good productions in anime don't really come down to budgets most of the time. Whether they're good or not normally comes down to producers having the networking and timing skills to get super skilled animators on board. Most of the industry nowadays work in a production by production basis rather than having a fixed team of animators in-studio, so you really have to know when to catch the talents for you next show.
Amane's awesome, reminds me of my daughter. I'm not a big fan of episodes where they cram tons of backstory for characters that aren't likely to be in the show a lot.
I love the voice acting in Marin's voice when she was crying. We could equally feel both the sadness for Amane and the rage at his ex when she spoken while crying.
