Scooped Up by an S-Rank Adventurer! Episode 1 Review
Hi guys, this is I know like I said I’m here to give you guys anime review but the the very first the very first episode the summer amate 2025 season this is basically just say space is called scooped up by Srank adventurer and I’m just going to be to just be kind of harsh with this review basically in a way and basically a way that some people really do not really understand and be as as a rant as a rant this is going to be a rant kind of review. I am not going to be negative basically about this. I am just going to say basically to the audience of the people that are watching based on this anime. This anime is basically to me that I see the MC really is not considered as a overpowered kind of character. He really is not. That does not really mean really mean for the fact that he is really actually the chosen one. The chosen one has always basically been could be anyone by ancient times or stuff like that and basically ancient times like prophecy just like when it comes to the Bible you know I don’t want to really get into really much of that they they they prophesy prophesy a messiah will basically will come will basically come and to deliver us to deliver us all from from you know from the world of sin and stuff like that and basically Jesus really basically actually did. I’m I’m a Christian if you probably you guys really don’t know. I don’t want to, you know, preach really much about it. But what but the reason why I’m based on saying that it’s basic because I don’t look I don’t look at the MC character bases anime to be considered as the chosen one because it could be anybody else. That’s what it basically feels to me. But there’s also another thing that I do think that this is not true. I definitely think this is not true. This is just my opinion. And one thing I really want to say here is that the woman that who is training him, she’s not a bully. That’s not that is not true. She is trying to train him to to become a powerful mage to to help him to learn to learn to how to use the magic like earth, fire, wind. Yeah. Earth, fire, wind, water, uh uh healing magic, all that. five elements, five emotes that he can really can learn to basically did use hand those bas those power those powers but does that does that mean he’s really basic considered to be actually the chosen one no that does that really basically does that mean I don’t see him being a overpowered basic kind of person because he is going to he is going to lack in some ways lack way of skills take as for instance of sword online that keto koto is is a very good example as an overpower power basic kind of character because that’s what he basically really actually is because he is a overpowered kind of character. So, I keep basically with the ideas. I’m sorry I’m getting a little kind of upset, but it kind of annoys me that people just don’t really don’t see the point, really don’t see the point, and just misrepresented the whole the difference based on the anime. It just really does. I really don’t mean to get really upset. I try not to I try not to get very upset about this concept because I know it’s just basically just an anime. I know what that really actually is, but I feel like I feel like that people just don’t really don’t seem to really to understand because they rush to conclusions and say like the ampy is just power is overpower and like the lady like bully him because doing all this training that he really needs to do and stuff like that. But this one thing I think this is one thing I really want to say here I I really want people to really to understand is basically is that uh ever since that when uh he picked up the book that he must inherit some kind of powers or something like that or maybe that he was attentive attempted to be the chosen one or maybe that he’s really basis really is not. I don’t really don’t think that he is the chosen one. I could be wrong. I really don’t think that he really actually is. But that doesn’t really mean that doesn’t really really mean like yeah, he’s the chosen one because he’s going to become like an overpowered basic kind of person because basic kind of person basic kind of person. Take as instance like I said with with Kito. Kito pretty much completed pretty much all of the dungeons basically in the game. He’s the he’s a a beta player means that he played the beta means he pretty much beat pretty much beat the whole game. I guess I guess you would say that because people didn’t like him because because like he was a beta player because because the way his skills really is because he for one he knew he knows how to play for two he knows the tactics and stuff like that what the monsters can do and three and three he’s very intelligent because he knows when he knows what to attack and not to let things not let things happen. Yes the man may make made mistakes. Yes, there was some people that probably have died because because not because of his mistake, because of some of the others that probably got killed because because of what happened, because what happened. Is he perfect? No, he’s not really actually perfect because he’s really not. Because he really actually isn’t. I think Lloyd as a character, I don’t compare him to Kito. I really don’t I don’t want people to really think I’m comparing him to that. I really don’t think that. I really don’t want people to really think that. What I really really personally what I want to say here is that this anime is interesting to me. I definitely do want to continue watch it. It does seems like it’s a very good interesting anime to really the person to watch for me. I think definitely do think so. But I will personally want to say here this anime is not going to be for everyone. I’m just going to say that right now. This anime is not going to be for everyone because for a very good reason. The reason why I’m saying this because the reason why I’m saying this because every pretty much majority pretty much probably like 85% of people maybe 70 right around there would probably drop it and probably maybe like maybe like 40 or 35% of people will probably continue watching it or probably just drop it or probably or just probably just drop it. So I don’t see a whole lot of people are really going to watch this. I really don’t think so. I really don’t think that this is going to be basically a overpower basic kind of story because he’s chosen or anything like that. Now, there’s one person I definitely don’t I don’t like in this anime. It’s the blondheaded guy. I don’t like him. Reason why I don’t like him, it shows a very good reputation of of the antagonist bas for himself. I personally want to say here is best that for one he wants to be you he wants he he wants to be a hero for two he doesn’t for the fan he doesn’t really actually care that’s number three and number four is number four it doesn’t matter it doesn’t matter like what he gets he he he just b just gets all the glory to himself he’s a glory hog basic kind of person that’s all he really actually is a glory hog basic kind of person that’s just the kind of person that really is and that’s why that’s why it feels to me that’s what I definitely do think but I think that basic to me is basically to me when I look at basic just from based from him based from him he’s the kind of person it’s just like just like it kind of reminds me of like a shield hero kind of like anime I have not seen anime I think I’ve seen some but I have not I have to watch it but I I have to but um I I really don’t like the way the reputation because the way how the MC’s been treated because of Lloyd because because like they say like he’s a nuisance and something like that. He’s not really that good and stuff like that. And you could see like all the girls like all the girls like where he’s like sitting in a chair. He’s acting like he’s a king. He’s going like this like all the girls are sitting right around him just like basking him with glory with all basking with glory and just seeing like the the gold like sitting on his table and stuff like that. And you just you just see like how selfish he really had just that’s the kind of person I just I just think it really kind of makes me very very extremely upset and I personally want want to say here is basically that person want to say here’s that he is a good antagonist when it comes to basic in this anime but he is the kind of person that I think a lot of people would probably say yeah this kind of guy really makes me upset he pisses me off. Yeah, that’s the kind of person that he really actually is. Person is now there’s one other thing I definitely want to I definitely want to personally want to say here. I definitely this is something I don’t like and basically stuff like that because I’m just going to say this just right now that the MC the MC character should deserve to get more more money what he what he gets and stuff like that because the leader basic with him the the antagonist basically the blondheaded guy or whatever you know he gets like so far he he just gets all the glory you know that’s all he gets people like him because he’s the the biggest hero in the town and stuff like that. It’s crazy to me. It really actually is. It’s crazy to me. It’s just like ju just does it for all for the fame and just and just gets all the glory and basic stuff down. Well, he’s the greatest hero basically of all time and stuff like that and and basically stuff like that. Take in for Superman. Superman is not really basically considered as the greatest hero of all time. That’s my opinion. He doesn’t do for the glory. He doesn’t do for for any of that. Yes, people definitely do like him because because not only because he’s a hero, because he saves people’s lives because that’s what he really wants to do because that’s the kind of character who he really actually is. That’s the kind of character who he is. But when it comes to Lloyd, Lloyd is basically is not because he’s arrogant is not because of that is because he’s very tactic about what he sees and how he was trained from his master to become something great to be to become something great. But that doesn’t mean he’s really considered as the chosen one or overpowered kind of person. That doesn’t really mean that. But you also have to take it for the instance that the MC the the MC Lloyd saved that guys and saved that guy’s life the blondeheaded guy blondeheaded guy and he saved his life and he did not even thank them. That really makes me very upset and I would personally personally would tell the guy like hey dude hey dude I just saved your life I just did that and you’re not going to think because I didn’t save your life. I’m just personally saying, “Hey, hey, hey, if you if you get hit by that monster and you feel like that you’re going to get hit by that monster, I’m not gonna say I’m not gonna save you. I’m just going to let the man die just like that. Not going to be my problem. That’s my opinion. That’s what I’m just going to say. That’s just that’s just my opinion. That’s what I definitely think, you know.” And basically stuff like that. I’m happy that Moy is basically being kicked out from the group. That’s that’s a good thing to me to me is basically that in my own view if I would have basically if I was in a group basically like that that some of the people don’t like you I would just basically just laugh I would just say like no forget this I’m just going to leave I’m just going to be around other different party members that can really really represents my skills and understand what I’m trying to do. So yeah, that’s that’s what I I definitely do think, but I think I think some people are going to disagree with me with this. I definitely do think so. Some people would probably think that he is an overpowered kind of person or face considered as a chosen one. And that’s just basically what it feels to me. But I I really don’t think so. I really don’t think so. I just really don’t think that he’s really based the necessarily basic reason of that. If you want to look at an overpowered kind of person, go watch Sword Online. Kanjo is a great example. He really actually is. Feel free to disagree with me with that. I like Sword of Light. I really do. I love the anime, but I just don’t see this basically BC Lloyd being a a person like Kito. Kinto and Lloyd are just completely different. That’s my opinion. That’s I’m just saying. So yeah. Anyway, so that’s that’s all I’m just gonna say for right now. And I really hope that people really do definitely do understand the chemistry and stuff like that what I’m saying here based on this episode. And hopefully people I mean you you don’t have to agree with me or not. I said many many times before. You can agree with me or disagree with me or not. It doesn’t matter to me. It doesn’t matter. That’s the reason why I say you give me thumbs thumbs up and thumbs down. Doesn’t matter to me. But yeah, anyways, that’s it for the same review. Tell me what you guys think. Do you guys agree with the agree or disagree with some of the things I said business? Do you guys uh compare Lloyd to Kito or or you really don’t? What’s your thoughts about what I said about Kito and stuff like that? And um what do you think that Lloyd is probably going to do in the future? I don’t expect him to be perfect. I don’t expect that really to see that, but I really am interested. So, I am going to keep watching it. And what’s your overall thoughts based on the anime in general? Are you going to drop it or are you going to pass or are you just just going to say like it’s not for me or are you going to continue that? I really hope that some people would just basically continue to watch this because the misreation based on the anime. So, I’d love to hear what you guys have to say. So, yeah. Anyway, I’m no exam.
