Unfortunately, I was not able to check out the trailer for this anime. I feel like I missed out a lot because this seems to be the actual successor of Niiji Joe. Last time we said something like this, Notan got glazed. You know, my dear friend Nutan, the viral marketing, oh my god, people are talking about it and then they realized it was actually kind of mid. This is done by Kyani though. I have a lot of high expectations for this anime. Let’s check out how good city the animation is. [Music] voice acting, bro. This is Jeriah’s voice actor, right? This is Musaka, right? Roage G from uh Uma recently, right? This voice actor voicing this kind of narrator line is hilarious. He’s so zesty with it right now. [Music] Whimsical voice acting. [Music] What bro? Turn into a rock. Yeah. Yeah, dude. And then it became a worshiing. All right. Sometimes it’s worshiped as a dity. Sometimes it’s used as like a [ __ ] just like a pillar for like a bridge, like a deck or to show like the time or like a drying rack. Okay. Yo, this animation style though, the art style is so cool. Look at the individual rain droplets. [Music] I actually paid attention cuz I thought that lore was important. You b you you baited me. That soundtrack is amazing, by the way. Sweet Olive Manor. Uh mangaka. Is this the mangaka? Yeah. Editor. Poor guy. Okay. What the hell was that? This anime just like throws the most random [ __ ] in there. It’s just like, “All right, you’re just going to shoot like a 5second clip of a mangaka editor just going through it.” You’re going to see this random samurai guy just or farming him from a middle school. All right, we’ll remember them for the next episode. The next skits, I guess. Oh, that was great. Yo, it’s a samurai guy. got a living. They got an armor in the man. Why? Okay, first of all, he’s doing the he’s he’s doing this stuff. I I love the the robe stuff. Like the aura farmers that wear like robes like this, they always like walk around with their [ __ ] They never have the arm out. He also has a wine glass that he’s swinging around like a demon lord while watching like a shogi game or something. Man, is this guy pretentious or what? He’s too locked in. He don’t know what’s going on. Yo, that bag though. [Music] Maybe he won’t recognize. It’s on the house. It’s on the house. Run away from a restaurant. [Music] Also cash only. Huh? This is definitely a money laundering business, bro. They are not reporting their actual income. Anytime I see a cash only place, bro, especially if it’s like an Asian place. And hey, is that racist? It was like that, too, when you know the two girls were just like walking home and there was like that nice music playing like this is cinema, man. And then it splashed him at the end, too. Okay. Oh, someone’s watching us. Someone stalk him. What the [ __ ] What the hell? Does somebody stalking the samurai or farmer? Okay, whatever. There’s another robeing guy. Maybe they’re friends. Who knows? Dr. [Music] Yeah, sure. [Music] He kind of reminds me of Okay, the voice acting, maybe I’m crazy. Maybe I want to believe this, right? But the voice acting, I feel like this is exactly how you remember Evil Lord is, remember the fraudulent samurai guy? Anytime he would role play as like the samurai guy, literally with the same [ __ ] robe with the arm out, he would talk kind of like this. There’s like a specific tonality, the pronunciation of the words. It it the voice acting, I swear to God, it sounds just like it. He just needs to say at the end, too. Now, [Applause] [ __ ] on her. Why you taking that bag off? That’s his bag. What the hell? Plot. That’s his bag. And inside there’s a GG. How about a little bit more? [Music] What is that? What’s fun to you? Suddenly, it got profound and, you know, deep out of nowhere. Nighttime for the city, man. Look at it. It’s so nice and peaceful. And now the episode itself, the episode was pretty good. I liked it. I thought that usually with the animes like this, it’s a bit like um comedy is a very subjective thing. So, sometimes like some skits aren’t going to really make sense to you. Some references may go over your head, but for the most part, decisive life aspect, it was very funny. It’s wacky. It’s chaotic. We’re just kind of just witnessing the daily lives of the people that lives in the city, and I love them, man. My favorite skit. I don’t know, maybe it was the samurai stuff was really funny to me. Anytime I saw the samurai guy, that was really fun. He might be one of my favorite characters right now. I really enjoyed the background music. There’s a soundtrack, especially when the girls were going home. That was really cinematic, man. as well as, you know, the moment when, you know, the dad and the part-time worker were trying to cover for the samurai guy and we’re trying to like, you know, like we bought like the fancy like champagne and we’re trying to like, you know, save the day. But it it but it actually ended up, you know, even worse. Like these two scenes I think were really really funny to me. Hopefully people, you know, find this anime relatable and funny and they’ll be able to watch it and maybe we can continue watching this too. Man, that’s it for me.
