▼SERIES INTRODUCTION
High school student Ruri Tanigawa loves shiny things, so she heads to the mountains in hopes of finding some crystals for herself.

There, she meets Nagi Arato, a graduate student majoring in mineralogy, and they start collecting minerals together.

Sometimes they walk mountain trails searching for crystals, sometimes they wade into rivers looking for garnet stones, and sometimes they examine minerals Ruri has never seen before through a microscope as Nagi guides her into the world of mineral-collecting.

“I should be able to find some, too”—a dream everyone has had at some point.

Thus the scientific adventure begins in earnest!
